Blood Stew is the English term for Dinuguan. . . You just have to stew the pork cuts then wnen it is cook add the blood then mix it until cooked add some water, salt. you can put as well some unripe papaya or sayote, slice in small cubes, then add the green chilli. When it's cook then it's ready to serve. Enjoy eating.

@@FilipinickThe first dish was ground meat with sauce. Just use a spoon & fork when eating food that has sauce. Less messy. Gotta commend you, bro for your courage in trying out dinuguan or blood stew. Seems strange Westerners cringe hearing blood stew when they favor medium or slightly rare steak where the meat is reddish with blood. Blood turns blackish when well cooked as in dinuguan. Pork innards are the main ingredient but some prefer to use pork cuts & liver. Enjoy your stay & happy eating. God bless..

And you don’t pour the dish all at once in the rice. You got to use spoon- so scoop one or two spoons of the dish then put it in the rice.

Nick is currently staying in Cebu, "giniling" sa inyo is "ginaling" for bisaya.
