    I recently lost 57lbs over about 5 months. Lots of beans and rice. No sugary drinks. Walked 3-5 miles 5-7 days a week.
    Went from 247 to 190. Now it's kinda stabilized around 195.

    You don't look fat. I worked in a physician's office. We had one man that had to be weighed at the scrapyard. He was over 700# and the kindest person you could ever meet.🥰 🥰

    That's pretty ruff in your body Lamont. I lost 25 in 4 months today. I've tried everything. I stay away from fast food eat lots of meat and 2 proportioned meals a day. I was 227 at 202. I'm 71 and this is the best way for me. Love you Lamont

    You CAN do it Lamont, but you have to stay away from the fast food. That shit is nothing but empty calories. Cook your own meals, and buy clean, organic food, and eat more vegetables. I have faith in you brother, get it done!!

      I was on Ozempic to. It wasn’t working so he stuck me on Mounjaro it’s working better Pharmacy can keep it in stock because people use it to loose weight

    I weighed 255 at the end of last September. I'm down to 210 now. Cut carbs and sugar and the weight starts coming off. You can do it Lamont!

    One thing that really packs on the pounds is eating fast food or eating out in general. All the fried food, sugar, etc. I know it's hard for you to cook, so maybe you could try to order premade healthy meals. Like Factor, etc. These are more like homemade food. There's a guy at my daughter's work who orders these on the regular and he is a good weight. You could probably order some on the go. Maybe you could get a little refrigerator for your van. Either way fast food isn't helping. Buy fresh food from the grocery store, fruits, salads, etc. it doesn't have to be expensive. It's not necessary to go to real high end supermarkets.

    No to Ozempic!!!! Unknown long term effects and you’ll put the weight back on when you stop. That much they know. Over $1k month, haven’t heard of insurance companies covering it but maybe some will.

    How is your blood pressure? Do it slow and easy but be consistent. When you fall off the wagon, or need a blow it day, get right back on. You can do this Lamont. I need to myself, but keeping it off is my big problem.

    I toped off at 260lbs , I lost 60 lbs in 5 months by walking 2 miles in the morning before work and 2 miles after I got home . Anything is possible as long as you take it seriously . Go for it you can do it too . That was 16Now I'm eating better and still losing some pounds but in a much more comfortable way .

    Weigh yourself in the morning is the best time. Evenings ,end of the day you will weigh more. On average your weight loss should only be 1 - 3 LBS per week. All of that adds up. Start out with minimum 30 minute walks per day and/or bike ride at a proper pace. As for food toco omelet, burgers with lettuce no bun. EAT foods that have protien such as meat, vegetables low in starch and sugars. Do cut out carbs completely just eat them in moderation. Drink 2Litres of water everyday. No time limit on weight loss or you will stress out and want to stop . Also time limit promotes more weight gain from stress. Stress hormone in your body can make you gain weight. Take out is ment to be eaten in modertaion like 1 or two times per week, its a luxury and convenience. Cooking and eat healthy is the best alternative. Thisis just a suggestion. I hope it helps. Best wishes and good luck on your weight lose journey. Vinegar, pickles, suarkraut and anything like that to snack on helps regulate your blood sugar and wont spike it.     Please keep in mind that you will need to make sure you can get to a bathroom. (not being tacky). Ozempic, and drugs of that sort will make you need to be around a bathroom at all times. Whatever you decide to do, take care.

    P.S. When you gain weight there is such thing as fatty liver. Also Most over weight people have not only larger stores of fat, but larger hearts, livers, kidneys, spleens and pancreases. Your body has to work twice as hard to survive. Going to the Store Deli as take out food is a better choice, already cooked because of the roasted chicken and salads they have, healthier for you. 😊

    Hey Lamont, ive gained 10lbs since ive been back in DC. I blame the weed for giving me super muchies. Last year i gained 25lbs from smoking weed & eating. After quitting and taking a morning walk (staying away from fast/junk/sugar) i lost 30lbs in 6 weeks. You can easily lose weight from cutting back on sugar

    Be careful trying to lose weight fast. I find a lot of people that do this later on end up with having heart problems and other serious health issues. Please do it slowly and in a sensible way.

    When i drove flatbed .Our terminal had a scale on the yard .If i stood on that scale without my truck on the scale .ot wouldnt even registar me .want heavy enough for the scale to activate

    As long as someone doesn't drink soda and counts calories, they'll drop weight fast, unless being a sumo wrestler is their goal. I dropped a lot of weight cutting out soda, now I'm almost at a normal weight. How tall are you, Lamont?
