One thing that really packs on the pounds is eating fast food or eating out in general. All the fried food, sugar, etc. I know it's hard for you to cook, so maybe you could try to order premade healthy meals. Like Factor, etc. These are more like homemade food. There's a guy at my daughter's work who orders these on the regular and he is a good weight. You could probably order some on the go. Maybe you could get a little refrigerator for your van. Either way fast food isn't helping. Buy fresh food from the grocery store, fruits, salads, etc. it doesn't have to be expensive. It's not necessary to go to real high end supermarkets.

I toped off at 260lbs , I lost 60 lbs in 5 months by walking 2 miles in the morning before work and 2 miles after I got home . Anything is possible as long as you take it seriously . Go for it you can do it too . That was 16Now I'm eating better and still losing some pounds but in a much more comfortable way .
Weigh yourself in the morning is the best time. Evenings ,end of the day you will weigh more. On average your weight loss should only be 1 - 3 LBS per week. All of that adds up. Start out with minimum 30 minute walks per day and/or bike ride at a proper pace. As for food toco omelet, burgers with lettuce no bun. EAT foods that have protien such as meat, vegetables low in starch and sugars. Do cut out carbs completely just eat them in moderation. Drink 2Litres of water everyday. No time limit on weight loss or you will stress out and want to stop . Also time limit promotes more weight gain from stress. Stress hormone in your body can make you gain weight. Take out is ment to be eaten in modertaion like 1 or two times per week, its a luxury and convenience. Cooking and eat healthy is the best alternative. Thisis just a suggestion. I hope it helps. After quitting and taking a morning walk (staying away from fast/junk/sugar) i lost 30lbs in 6 weeks. You can easily lose weight from cutting back on sugar
