Just watched this for the first time in three decades, in honor of the Queen of Soul’s passing. Not as good as THE ROAD WARRIOR, no, but this still stands as one of the most original, and spectacular, scenes of its type ever put on film. What a blast!
The amount of times i've watched this, and i never noticed the gleeful mischievious laugh as Blaster grabs the spear. 😂 Love the goofy smile when his helmet's knocked off. You don't see it here i know, but i always find it endearing. Like he's going,"Hiya mate." 😂
That's Interesting. I heard the Humongous in The Road Warrior was supposed to be Goose from the first Mad Max but they changed thst and kept his identity a mystery.
Actually, a Bosun call. Used in the nautical services by the Bosun for various ceremonial occasions. In olden days of sail, used to notify the crew of commands when voice could not be heard.

The first half was good but the 2nd half went stupid with the kid angle.
The Queen of Soul died back in 2018. Tina was the the Queen of Rock and Roll. Aretha was the Queen of Soul.
One of the most original battleground of all time of movie history
"Let's press right up to the dome to watch a fight involving long pointy weapons. What could go wrong?"
Roger Ebert said this was one of the most original and inventive fight scenes in cinema.
You couldn't have added just a one more minute to the end of this movie clip to show the reveal of Mastsblasta?
When I was little. I thought it was Corky from Life Goes On.
@@Zoloft77 lol Same.
They did at the fights end.
The original Hell in a Cell...
Thanks, Enjoyed, I saw this way back in the 80s at the theater. Don't worry about Breaking the Rules, There aren't Any. Kinda like Life.
The most amazing thing about this arena is that the bungee cords weren't dry-rotted.

Tina Turner was BRILLIANT in this film!
Contestants are you ready
Gladiators are you ready
3 2 1 ...go
Masters all like: "C'mon Blaster i know you can think your own thoughts without me".
THIS IS NOWHERE NEAR HD
Such a great fight scene. You really feel it when he's getting crushed in the death grip.
I always wondered why coach had his whistle around his neck
1:21 is one of the funniest things I've ever seen in a fight scene.
Lmao i love how the crawd get quiet when the chainsaw runs out of gas.
I enjoy this movie because it s like watching Old Star wars meeting Indiana Jones. It feels utterly foreign and exciting
Missed whole reveal off - why
Who run bartertown mastablasta
I like that 😅😅😅😅😅
You didn’t show Corky... What a Jip
Those hammer hits to Blaster's head at the end looked real af.
Because, most shit was real back then. Unlike lame films now.
I believe blaster has Aspergers
Aspergers is different than Down Syndrome. You have them confused.
Sensory processing disorder
Downs Syndrome more likely.
Down’s syndrome, Aspergers is something else.
The chainsaw must be a Husqvarna...
Or a Poland ,
Because you have to keep Poland to get it started!!!!
@@Shadowswordz71 Poulan?
@@chrislapp9468 thank you, my bad!!
Or somebody stole the fuel in a post-nuclear world, lol
Always thought blaster was that poor farmboy from MM1, but turns out they were not the same actor.. though both seem to be down syndrome people.
I always believed it was still the same character that's why they both seemed to suddenly recognize each other when the helmet came off.

Two men enter one men leaft
I can't tell - which one is Musk, and which one is Zuck?
🙄Saudaes da sessão da tarde!😁
A Dog Whistle...

damn, you gotta be a whistle specialist.. the lord of the whistles
Dog whistles aren't audible to the human ear.

Tina was a GREAT actress. And im not easily impressed.
Shoulda killed Blaster right then. That's the true Max.
I'd be a little taken aback by a shredded dude with down syndrome, too.

Absolute rubbish.
Load of bollocks.
An insult to the first two films in the series.
