Lol old bag served me well for the time🤣 but this guide series is still going strong for me still. Worth the money for the quality

I actually bought and returned all 4 versions of this tackle box. I primarily do trout fishing and very rarely do I pull up and hit the water in 20 steps or fish from a boat. I went with a waterproof backpack instead which still fits three 3700 cases.

I like using a backpack too for trout fishing! I do not need to carry as many thing as I do when I go bass fishing. I just use A sling backpack and it works great and holds everything i need. This would be a bit much for me for my trout gear

I've been using all sorts of Plano gear for more than 20 years and I got a revelation... In your video, you show your boxes and I realize you don't use any dividers in them! I thought It would be super messy but at the end of the day, having fewer dividers allows you to carry more stuff instead of losing dead space every now and then because of those dividers... who would've thought?! I will be removing a few in my boxes so I can carry more tackle! :)

Dividers can be essential, though - I use a lot of different swivel types. If I just threw them all together in a single box, it would be a nightmare trying to find the right swivel. Same thing with my circle hooks.

Yeah there is both pros and cons to it! I like using more dividers for the smaller terminal tackle stuff and less of them when throwing my hard baits in there for more room! Granted it usually does lead for them tangling with each other. But i dont mind spending a couple extra seconds getting them untangled if it allows me to bring more tackle! Glad you enjoyed the video and helped out a bit 😁

Best around? Maybe, I have one, am thinking about the Guide Series 3700 XL though. Tight lines!

It's one of the better tackle bags I have used and has still held up really well for me to this date 😁. The 3700 xl looks like a awesome bag as well tons of storage for all your tackle. Tight lines thanks for watching

@@all-in-fishing yeah, I have about 8 3700s of tackle, so I just swap them out based on where I am and what I’m fishing for. Holds all me gear nicely and keeps it nice and neat.

Same, mine was called the Plano Softsider bag, it is blue and gray... holds 3700 boxes... pretty similar.
