fuck yeah, for sure that may have play a big rolle, one of the things than make me realise i needed to get in shape was a friend of mine, i didnt saw him for over 4 years and when we met again he gain 90pounds like WOW.. that happent 4 years ago when we was 24 year old, now im 28 and 212pounds 6.ft4 my friend its almost 280 and hes 5.11 and god its sad to see him getting tired only by talking

Imagine being a multi millionaire and realizing your supposed to excercise everyday when your over 50.
It's not that people don't intellectually know that it's just hard. I know what he means. I've lost and gained weight so many times because once I get to a certain point I'm like okay that's it.

Excuses are even easier to make. You cant say every person who is working out at least 30 min a day, and eating healthy, are rich. Its easy to take the easy route, its never easy to change your life.
Any more excuses? Just wrote a list and keep repeating them every morning whilst you make no progress. Or ‘try’ yet still make no progress. Just do it.

@@SuperTed. most of the modern USA can’t even formulate a joke. Everything is just statements the audience agree with and they end up with little safe spaces like joes comedy club which just kills off any chance of one of those comedians actually progressing
