Hey Jeannette - might want to do video about how slowing down Speed of Embroidy helps dramatically with stopping thread breakage on Nylon & Metallic Threads. Learned this after Many frustrating experiences. As always, I enjoy watching your vids for tips/tricks I didnt know.
Thank you I am trying to learn all the features of my se1900 and your tutorials are all helpful. You're right Jeanette I have spent alot of money for my se1900 and I need to know how to use all the features hhhhh!
This was SO helpful, omg, thank you! I make my own button down shirts, and sewing the buttons on always takes SO LONG, and i was wondering if there was a function on my new machine that could do this for me! Your video was perfect, you did such a great job of explaining and showing the process, thank you so much! 😊
Rather than just snipping off the thread tail, it might help if you pulled the excess thread through the button (between the bottom of the button and the top of the cloth), made a few turns and then used a couple of half turns to lock the thread. This would help keep the stitches in place as well as provide a tighter binding gap for when the button is inserted through the button hole.
I always use the automatic threader. I never had a problem with it. There are also small tools you can get to help with threading as well if you don't want to use the automatic threader.

Thank you Jeanette! I’ve always been afraid to use the button holder and button stitcher!

Thanks jeanette cause I didn't have a clue how to sew the button
You are very welcome!
Can you make a video about types of needle that needs to be used with different fabrics while embroidering and also stabilizers.
Thank you
Hi K - I covered this topic at one of my Embroidery Happy Hour videos. Here is the link:ruclips.net/video/HElDHbaTuh0/видео.html
@@BoricuaSewingCrafts thanks for replying. I guess I missed that video

Love the idea! I'm going to give this a try!
Thank you, Jeanette! Wonderful to know plus I wondered where the lever was to drop those feed dogs!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you I needed this‼️
You’re welcome 😊
Mine doesnt catch the bobbin! Not sure why! and when i do regular stitching or embroidery it works fine. Anyone know whats wrong?
Hi Karloxedge, It could be that you don't have the button foot installed correctly or are not placing the bobbin correctly on the foot.
It is easier to thread the needle if the equipment tray is not there

What about a 4 hole button?
You would do it the same way just change the direction of the button. The machine won't do all four holes at once.
