    Gagawin ko po to ngayong birthday ko sa april 18☺ Malaki po tiwala ko sa recipes mo lalo na last april 8 gumawa ko ng fondant cake. Chocolate and all purpose cream gamit ko kasi feeling ko mas masasarapan si client. Pero nagfailed ako ewan ko kung bakit. Tapos tinry ko po yung recipe nyo na water ganache. Super ganda po talaga! 🥺 naligtas ako ng recipe mo madam hahaha thank you po ❤

    Hi po miss jho. Pwede po bang whippit nalang ang gamitin instead of everwhip ? If yes po ano pong ratio ? Wala po kasi kming ref. Nasira lang nung huling linggo e may paorder po ako this saturday. Kung pwede po sa whippit ano po kayang ratio ?

    Super yummy!!! I did a strawberry cake using your chiffon cake recipe and whipped cream cheese frosting. Di nakakaumay and I think bagay sya with any fruit-flavored cake. Pwede din sa red velvet if you don't want na sobrang lasang cream cheese. Yung natira frosting nilagay ko sa homemade milk tea. Thanks for the recipe!

      di ko pa na try ms.marie. pero di naman sya too soft. i think kaya nya i hold ang fondant kaya lang chilled kasi dapat pag cream cheese ang frosting. mag m moist naman ang fondant pag ni ref po.

      di ko pa na try ms.rachelle. pero ang alam ko, may nagamit ng whippit para mas stable. di ko lang sure sa qty po. un powdered sugar is optional naman, or pede adjust depende sa prefer mo pong tamis.😊

      hindi ako naglalagay ng gelatine eh. pero lagi kasing chilled sa kin. pero na try ko na to iwan overnight sa room temp, di sya nag melt pero mas ok quality ng naka chilled tlaga. if sanay ka sa may gelatine, i think better para mas stable.😊

      yes. pede both. i mean, pede filling and pede pang coat sila both. pede din un sabi mo po.

      dapat room temp un cream cheese para maiwasan un may lumps. use un paddle attachment po. if ayaw pa din, if kaya naman, padaanin mo sa sifter. i press mo na lang un cream cheese po. pero di un frosting na mismo ha. i mean wala pa whipped cream.
      next time, hours sya dapat sa room temp tpos use paddle attachment gang maging smooth.

    Hi jhoanienie! I had tried ur water ganache recipe last year for my niece birthday and it turned out amazing, very stable. My go to recipe for under-covered fondant!
    Now i'm looking for stable creamchesse recipe and yours r pop u, it looks really stable. The only thing that i'm curious about is, can i add color to it? Would'nt be bleeding? It that because im using water-based coloring. Since i'm struggle with it when it comes to whipped cream. I use rich's gold brand btw

      I recently made this recipe but didnt turned out as smooth as yours. Looks like lots of air bubles but it doesnt curdle or something
      Did i overmixed the creamcheese, not sure how long it takes. Im sure im at the right consistency with the whipcream.
      How do i fix it? Should i mix it with electric mixer, or add liquid whipcream?

      @@zahrafatima9074 as far as i know ms.fatima, if it has lots of bubbles, it is possible that you overwhip the whipped cream. but if thats not the case, im really not sure. try to use paddle attachment when mixing the cream cheese so that it will not incorporate too much air. but i never experienced overmixing cream cheese. once it is smooth, gently fold in then whipped cream.

      ai iba ba? hehehe.. ginamit ko padin nagdagdag lang ako ng 1 cup na cream cheese pa.. then yung vanilla chiffon cake recipe mo din ginamit ko para sa base plus strong coffee! masarap sya! melts in your mouth at hindi matamis talaga! dami ko narecieve na compliments! hehe.. thank you sa mga recipes mo! 😍❤❤

      hindi ako magaling regarding shelf life ms.verona eh. sa storage, wrap ko lang ng cling wrap un buong pack then ref na. un iba, tina transfer po ng lalagyan bago i ref once na open na.

    Maam pwede po ba ito ipang frost sa chocolate moist cake at cupcakes..? Stable po ba ito kahit i travel ng 40minutes to 1hr..?

      un stability, nakapag iwan na ko nito sa room temp overnight. di namn sya nag melt pero better un quality ng naka chill po. un sa byahe ang di ko sure kasi medyo beyond sa control ko po kasi.
