A person has committed a terrible mistake of killing someone, you think he is educated just by listening how he speaks, really?. If this guy would express himself in Kiswahili very well, you wouldn't say that he is educated, but because he speaks in English, you think is educated. This is the major problem not only you as a person, but majority of Kenyans.
Kenya is facing very basic problems, food, insecurity, Tribalism, Nepotism, joblessness, high cost of living and many other. We would expect educated people to come up with solutions, that would qualify you to call yourselves educated people, but calling someone is educated just because he can speak good English, I am very much worried sir.

      How Temporary Insanity Works
The heat of the moment, crimes of passion and extreme emotions are sometimes too much for the rational reasonable mind to take. If someone that feels more than the standard individual is confronted with a situation that is too great for the mind to overcome, sometimes the areas of the brain that provide for logic and reason shut down to cope with the situation. It is in these moments that a person could face circumstances where he or she is only capable of getting rid of the problem to restore reason. These are the moments of temporary insanity. While not everyone is necessarily capable of these instances, some are affected so powerfully they are unable to remember the incident.
Sometimes an expert such as a psychologist is able to capture certain behavior or symptoms that these situations did occur. This is best discovered just before and after the incident occurred. Typically, a criminal defendant pleads temporary insanity is in cases of murder or similar actions. Then, it is up to the defense to show that the person could not have premeditated the illegal act and that he or she was not in his or her right mind. Mental stability was not part of the incident, and the expert’s testimony should reflect this if that is the truth.
