This video shows the simplest way to replace the ipad mini 5 screen. The ipad 5 screen is know to be sensitive to damage and develop lines in the display. If yours is cracked and the glass is shattered please be extra careful removing the screen and use thick gloves with eye protection.

Have you heard of the power button? Why didn't you explain? I think this is your first time changing the iPad mini screen.
one in 10 will complete the task. Cheaper just buy another used Ipad. The grief isnt worth any amount of money when you find its screwed.

My Home button does not register any click after screen replacement. Do you have any idea? It does not break as i try install original screen and it works fine. 😢

who use razer blade tried to open the ipad screen?
For Pete's sake! I'd just give it to an Apple Store gentleman and act like I speak a different language except for two words, "Here!" and please!" for an hour. Even repeat what they say, awfully as well. When it comes down to pay for repairs? Go for the different language except for "works fine now! Love you!" followed by some Polish, Portuguese and some Latin...for another 20 mins. They will ask me to leave. iPad mini 5? Fixed. Amount? Free. 1hr 30 mins for a $200 fix. You're welcome.

Does the home button physically click? If so check the solder joints on the small flex tab left of the home button (on the new screen assembly)

The one from Amazon is better quality. For the absolute best try to purchase a used, mint condition screen.

Unfortunately yes it does need soldering. It’s not so bad, just be sure to use lots of flux

No, b-7000 is a rubberized adhesive. Either b7000 or e6000 works well

Do you need the home button from the old screen? Or can you use a new one?
If you use a new home button, there will be no touch ID but you can still click it
you will likely ruin the button trying to remove it. Its cheaper to just buy another Ipad as the grief of repairing it isnt worth any amount of money.
