The gnome is actually a good catalyst for broken synergies just because of the 2 turn timer. You didn't get any good charms for it, but -1 turn counter, any "apply" effects and the little man pops off
I would have thought giving Damthorn the "Gain 2 pepper when hit" and "Armour on KIll" would have been pretty strong, given she'll likely be able to survive anything and keep stacking pepper to fuel even more kills :P
21:20 only two poison got transferred. I guess if they die from the attack damage, their death gets processed before the poison from the attack is applied. So only the 2 poison that was already on that front unit transferred.
Especially with all these random effects, I find checking the battle log helps a lot with understanding how all of these different interactions resolve
When you take out the first stage of a boss it doesn't count as a kill is dumb. Not because of bad game design but because I consistently forget about it and get upset every time😅

Dude once you get the hang of it you start getting to the final boss consecutively even if you lose to that guy at least you make it till the end it's a great learning curve
@@RobotnikPlngas Real difficulty spike is once you get the game down and realize you need to plan better to beat the Eye of the Storm (true final fight). Luckily my team was buff enough to win first try, but I had one run later that I just didn't have enough damage to make it through the Frost Jailor's health pool fast enough.
@pokemastericon I just beat it last night. 3 ascension was awesome and it took me around 20 hours to get the real final boss, I really like this whole experience :]
