Not sure why he never recalled any of his cards and just sacrificed them to the boss at around 30min. Just watched to the end, thank you, to the one in chat who reminded him of this mechanic for the final boss.
"while active" on a leader card is completely redundant, since well, the leader card must be active for literally anything other than the game over screen to happen
Well not entirely, there's still the niche scenario where you can start with Junk in your hand using a crown and playing it before you put your leader down.
@@ChozotheBozo I suppose, "while active" is the only way they have any passive abilities implemented in the game afaik, so it's a necessary reduncancy to indicate it's a passive increase and not something that occurs on each attack.
@@halifur yeah it didn't occur to me until after the first reply that there wasn't a "passive" prefix. if they have passive abilities on the leader cards they probably should have just gone with "passive" rather than "while active", but perhaps they have their own reasons
Man, I'm so upset, I had a nutty junk build. My leader was a 6/6 with +3 damage to junk, had two of the Clunkers who increase junk damage, Scaven, a bunch of junk generators (two of the thing that puts 4 Bom on everyone, even). I was dealing 12 damage with every junk, it seemed like a free win, aaaaand I got cocky, played too fast, and forgot bosses attack both rows, so I got my leader killed. Definitely my most upsetting loss so far.
@@notster7114 meaning waiting for 3-4 turns since that's what common ink items apply, at which time the Goblin would've been back to around 2 count down anyway. Basically you're only causing yourself trouble.
@@ruizheli1974 or you're buying time to reroll and get freeze or attack items for more money, i get your point but if you don't have a way to get money off it by hitting it immediately but you DO have ink then its definitely useful
@@notster7114 It could work, but stars have to align for this idea to be meaningful. Next wave of enemy count down is about 5, and goblin count down is 4. After 3-4 rounds of ink on goblin, you are looking at a time when the upcoming enemies are most likely about to attack. It's very, very awkward to manage, to the extent that you'd have to ask yourself if it's less trouble just prioritize hitting it earlier anyways. Also I vaguely remember that the initial ink hit won't make money since silence triggers first, unlike a snow hit. But I could be wrong on this.

yea it is an easy to forget mechanic
im pretty suire he could also have moved cards out of the way of the barrage, but he decided to just tank those hits and kill his cards
@@n1njafish894 not every time without recalling and when the boss was silenced it instead hits the first two units in each lane
This is the most skoottie run I could've ever imagined
Wow, a victory even after so many mistakes were made.
That last battle was actually insane

That Frost Guardian ink had me yelling at my screen.

27:00 how would bombard be any better? it still hits 2
Love watching these! Cant wait to see the build this time.
Been loving the wildfrost content, please continue uploading it!
There goes skoottie, whipping out his junk and smacking people with it
That monch was so close to being a 50+ health 4 teeth
Trash can be good or bad; can waste your hand draw or be a resource... This build has it as a weapon
Magma boost on scaven with that 2x attack is insane as well...
this game deserves to be on the permanent rotation
The misplays on the last fight had me pogged
if you want to make the gobling not run away, you can use ink. Found that out through a character that applied ink wildly.
If you Ink the Gobling it won't drop gold on each hit, which kinda defeats the purpose of him
@@PabloliniSR yeah but you can skip the turn it would have escaped with ink and then hit it after the ink ends

26:49 thought for sure this was a throw... way to pull off the impossible
Someone tell him he can crown non-ally cards.
I feel the pain with you , you are not alone.
hey, just so you know you can recall units so they dont die to bombard at the boss.
The three sides of the arrows ♻️ reduce, recycle, consume lol
This one was a little hard to watch ngl but nice to see someone finally do a junk build
Insane build, but I'm pretty sure this will make for such an easy final boss.
Can someone confirm if skootie would of won instantly at 41:00 if he just killed Groff letting monch eat the boss? Does that work ?
It works, the only problem is monch would be a lot harder to kill after
50 HP 4 teeth would've been a nightmare.
And 4 turns later it would've killed the frost guardian too😂
that was an interesting cheese at the end XD
I'm not sure that's the way the last battle is supposed to go down, hahaha
can’t wait some more dredge
Monchi monchi Monch!
43:26 how you know that you don't understand the mechanics of the game lmao
why not recall your guys during the bombard fight
watching you play this game because i suck at it
Can you win by having the Monch eat frost guardian?
Yello
Skootie such an L content creator for not letting monch kill darking
first POG
