9:35 That's a glitch with the 60FPS patch. Same thing in the other video. The 60FPS patch can sometimes screw with the physics.

Personally, For counting waterfalls as touched or not it needs to be layered behind AND in front of sonic. Plus waterfalls on the ground where it visually looks like it is running off the land again i would also count.
