LMAO I remember watching this years ago, and i have to admit i get the cringe so much when she was doing this cuz it was SO SO different than the others. But now, years later, I realized damn this is so damn unique, risk taker, creative and charming. This is so precious. LOVE U SANA
i feel like this was actually what JYP was looking for. The others simply did what a normal auditionee would do on an audition and would sing and dance. Her delivery is so fresh and clear, you could broadcast her on a radio show. The only real nervousness she shows is when she worries about JYP minding non-organic food. It's shocking that despite all that pressure, she still has the presence of mind to be worried about others. What a talent, and what a good person.
At this time, she lost her confidence that she might lose the spot for Sixteen. She just went for a shot and good to hear that she just went to major after this performance.
This performance perfectly encapsulates Sana as an idol. It showed that she can take any situation and make it entertaining and make you smile with just her bright and bubbly personality.

I feel like people really underestimate star quality. You can teach someone how to sing or dance, but you cannot teach them star quality; most are born with it. Talent alone does not make someone a star. Someone can be very good at singing or dancing, but they will most likely not make it as a star if they don't have that presence, whereas someone that's not as talented in singing or dancing can make it for sure if they have that star quality-- something that draws people in. People can argue that "Sana isn't talented" all they want, but she definitely has that presence and charisma to be a star. (Not saying there are comments like that here; I mean in general about what some people think of TWICE.) She was one of the very few contestants that truly understood the mission for what it was; Sana knew her strengths-- knew what made her a star-- and ran with it, even if it had nothing to do with singing or dancing. Some of the girls on the show were confused with Sana's choice of performance, but that just goes to show that they didn't understand the true meaning behind this mission at the time. I'm sure looking back at it now, most of them would understand, and realize why Sana was chosen for the major group this mission.

I feel like people really underestimate star quality. You can teach someone how to sing or dance, but you cannot teach them star quality; most are born with it. Talent alone does not make someone a star. Someone can be very good at singing or dancing, but they will most likely not make it as a star if they don't have that presence, whereas someone that's not as talented in singing or dancing can make it for sure if they have that star quality-- something that draws people in. People can argue that "Sana isn't talented" all they want, but she definitely has that presence and charisma to be a star. (Not saying there are comments like that here; I mean in general about what some people think of TWICE.) She was one of the very few contestants that truly understood the mission for what it was; Sana knew her strengths-- knew what made her a star-- and ran with it, even if it had nothing to do with singing or dancing. Some of the girls on the show were confused with Sana's choice of performance, but that just goes to show that they didn't understand the true meaning behind this mission at the time. I'm sure looking back at it now, most of them would understand, and realize why Sana was chosen for the major group this mission.
