Hey! I was the guy (along with my dad who stayed in the vehicle) in the camo Jeep YJ who randomly flagged you down and was talking to you at 15:14 to 15:20. I was asking you about road conditions to the spot one valley over from your last overlanding video before this one and you advised us on the conditions - it was much appreciated! We made it to the end of the road (and climbed a nearby mountain summit on foot the next day) no problem. But more importantly, it was a pleasure to meet and chat with you! I had just days prior started watching some of your overlanding videos so imagine how surprised I was then to meet you in person up there. Really cool. I really enjoy your videos and look forward to seeing part 2. While I didn't spend a long time up at the glacier or cabin seen in this video, I greatly enjoyed my time there and hope to return there. Your drone footage of the glacier and surrounding area has definitely has me wanting to go back so bad! Awesome quality drone footage BTW, crisp, smooth shots, plus I'd never seen the area from seen the area from some of the perspectives that you got, even from other folks who have extensively documented this area. Just an all around rad video dude, and it was awesome to meet you, even if it was a brief encounter!

That bridge reminded me of the bridge that I had crossed at pancake bay in Ontario on the logging trails. Definitely an oh shit moment. So happy to see a video from you my friend. I’m working on a new suspension and wheels, I drive a TRD Tacoma 2013, own a 4X4 2000 4Runner, 1996 Toyota Celica GTs Convertible….1977 Datsun 280Z….great cars.
@@stokedtour we had a forest fire near us with 118 mph gusts (75-80 steady winds). When the sheriff came around to evacuate us, we jumped in the FJ without a second thought. Made it out, no problems, even with the stiff wind. (From Wyoming, where our wind sock is a truck chain!)

The production line got hammered so some of the special editions were just shipped overseas without the standard special edition packages. Dealers here just slapped on whatever mods they saw fit and sold it as a regular FJ with added mods. These FJ 's have been known as the "not so special editions."

Original owner of a 2007 FJ Cruiser. Just needle scaled the frame and painted and oil coated the under carriage.
