I used to mod the shit out of this game with my friends to the point where all map textures were literally cursed google search image results, all common zombies were half life 1 scientists, and the tank was Johnny fucking Bravo. I'll never be able to hear the Johnny Bravo song the same way ever again since then.
I would love this to be a actual mod tbh. A plugin for a custom server where if the players gets a team wipe, it restarts the server and installs 1-5 random mods each time, and when a person is dead for 1 level transaction, it's another 1-4 mods, then wipes on the next campaign.
I can't play either games I can only barely get through the first stage before my fear of zombies takes over which is weird as I can watch people play videogames with zombies in them movies and shows and read books 😅there's a few I can play that has them but my brain denies them like Mass Effect
I always wanted a mod that would make the special infected random models every time they spawn so Idk what the hell I was fighting unless I paid close attention to the sound cues

But not the absurd stuff like in this video
L4D2 is so fun with the workshop, when I’m playing with friends that have the same mods, they can see a little catgirl holding a Crucible Blade from Doom just butchering crowds of minecraft zombies

I got this one mod that was supposed to turn the grenade launcher into the mk32 rotary grenade launcher, but the model failed to load, so it's just the regular launcher with 6 rounds in one breach

The only mods I like for Left 4 Dead are just survivor, gun, and sometimes infected mods, the survivor mods just make the game more personalized, guns too especially since I usually put ‘guns that exist IRL’ over the guns (This doesn’t apply to melees I just really like Genji’s sword from Overwatch), and sometimes infected mods are funny, and by funny I mean making the Tank’s walking animation a HL2 citizen walk and making the Smoker a Dark RP mod.
I just have some tasteful weapon mods to spice things up from time to time, along with a mod that re-skins the tank as terry crews. Other than that vanilla is the way to go.

Mods I use are mainly to replace the characters with Murder Drones' characters and replace the hunter with Cyn/Tessa.
I also replace the gnome with the N plush and the medkits with the N plush
and the adrenaline shot is JCJenson adrenaline.
I need a list of all the mods you used... but off the top of my head I could think up several more I didn't see.
