A lot of people are saying this coaster is overrated, which is true in some aspects (mainly how short it is), however, visually with its awesome sound and lighting effects and intensity wise with the incredible first launch, it’s definitely the kind of ride that magic kingdom needed: a fresh breath of air to provide more family friendly thrills to the park. I only wish they had built more track, or maybe even had a dueling aspect to it. After all, the concept is that you’re racing other color teams. Imagine if this had a dueling dragons style red and blue track to choose from with close passes throughout the indoor section?
I expected a clone of Shanghai's version because we were promised a clone of Shanghai's version when it was announced, and we got clone of Shanghai's version. People who aren't aware of the Shanghai version probably had more expectations thinking it was a fully original ride rather than a clone of an existing one.
My sister and I had to wait about 40 minutes to an hour for this ride, but I think it's worth it. It is worth it if you wait under an hour. Also, we got the front Lightcycles!

rode it today. ride vehicle feels like trying to mount the world's most uncomfortable horse. it also needs to be faster. still a cool experience, but this definitely needed a little bit of a boost, considering hagrid's and velocicoaster are right down the street.
I think the reason why they couldn't do it faster is because it's an indoor coaster. Can't fit that much track indoors if it was to go faster-- people would complain even more than they already are about it being too short lol. Wish Disney would give us a nice long outdoor coaster, but I think the reason they are doing everything indoors nowadays is to manage the crowds better during those rainy summer days
One of theeeee best rides I've ever rode at Disney! Best thing about my visit was they were lettings us redo the ride without going back into the queue over and over again! Me and my friends rode it like 3 times before heading to our next genie+ line lol
In late August, I was on vacation in Disney World with my sister, and I tried out this ride! I really love this ride! It's full of stunning sights and digitizing sound, and it makes you think of what it's like to be in a whole new world! The only downside to this ride is that it's over before you know it. I wish it were as long as the Guardians of the Galaxy ride. But even though it's kinda short, I still believe it's worth a ride or ten!
The queue usually takes about an hour maybe a little over and if you get it perfect and really lucky it’s 30 minutes but all the good thrill rides outside of probably expedition Everest all have long waits.

The launch is absolutely spectacular, but after the first 15 seconds it hit the breaks, and the story inside was so short that you didn’t even have time to realize what was happening. It was worth riding once just for the epic launch (it really was amazing) but the long line even after the virtual Que made it a big let down.
As an 8 year old riding tron this is tje best launch coaster for starters at disney guardians of the galaxy|cosmic rewind is the best roller coaster ive been on so yeah
i think this version of tron is better than the shanghai disneyland version because not only is it in english, but the railroad tunnel that goes underneath the ride's outdoor track is not seen at the version in shanghai (that park doesn't have a railroad at all :O)
This ride is amazing. It’s the best ride in tomorrowland in my opinion. The only thing that I like better than it, maybe space mountain but barely this is without a doubt in my opinion the best ride in tomorrowland.
My first 2 rollercoasters of my life were the very first, king da Ka, and the second, space mountain. If this existed I feel like I would have made this my first
With virtual queue is probably going to be more like a 30-40 minute wait, that's currently the case with Cosmic Rewind over at Epcot. Virtual queue keeps the line very efficient, only problem is it's hard to get in during peak season
Rode it 1st time last night. Theming was out of this world. Top notch, felt like I was walking on a different planet. The coaster after the 1st launch was just good for me atleast. Was expecting more from it. Maybe my opinion is off due to the day prior going on Velocicoaster and the Hagrids motorbike for the 1st time.
60mph. If you've been on rocknroller coaster...it feels faster than that...similar to velocicoaster...although I think velocicoaster is closer to 70. The tron ride vehicle makes it seem faster. The launch is pure awesome.
@@Idreallyrathernotthanks yeah, as someone who’s never been on a coaster more than ~30 miles per hour it felt like my soul was being ripped out of my body during the launch
A guy I work with got to ride it early because his dad works at Disney. Told me that "It was nice riding something new, but would not wait in a line for. Stick with the classics."
I don’t like drops on coaster but I rode this. I will say that the launch is the most intense part. After that it’s a cake walk in the dark (despite not seeing drops or what’s going on).
Rode a few days ago with son. Son got a bad cramp from the bike setup. I had trouble holding on, and I guess I didn’t keep my head up enough because I had a horrible neck pain later. We’re both fairly athletic too. We rode in back modified seat later and liked it more.
Rode it today. I'm lucky to get the front row. It's incredible and so intense. I still think guardians of the galaxy coaster is better, however. My only frustration for this ride is how quickly it's over. You can wait for 2 hours for a 40-second coaster. No pre-show or post.
Is it really intense? I really don’t like roller coasters, but like ones like big thunder mountain railroad Road and mine train. I don’t like big drops but don’t mind speed. Will I be ok on this?
The acceleration goes from 0-57 or 59 m/hr in 1-2 seconds ,but you are seated appropriately, leaning forward and it is on straight line. No 360, no upside down, probably like 35 degrees off the center. I think you can do it. I found pretty good video made by some TV people, so you can judge it yourself. I dont think it will ruin your ride. I saw this video after and we rode it at night, it is super cool.
i’m also extremely scared of roller coasters and was forced to ride this. i was terrified before we got on. it launches to about 60 mph but it’s honestly not that bad. once i got inside the dark area with the orange team i was laughing and having so much fun. trust me, it’s really fun! and there’s not really any *drops* it just turns and goes up and down slightly. i will say though, the seats are not the most comfortable. you can do it!
It's an interesting ride, but I feel like there's too many brake runs. The one right as you reenter the show building is especially disappointing because it kills all the momentum from the incredible launch. It is fun, and is definitely worth a wait, but I think it's just short of being a classic ride.
I was in the first seat on the ride! 😭 it was so scary I screamed to death! With my effort I tried to smile for the pictures but that’s just made me look extremely creepy and a psycho 😂💀
I am a bit of a rollercoaster wuss, I love rock n roller coaster but I do not like big drops. Is the drops fairly big on this or do you feel your stomach drop?
I've done it twice now and didn't really feel any drops personally, it's mostly just a really fast ride that goes around curves. It's a good coaster for people who are normally scared of coasters, because it's sort of like an amped up kiddie coaster lol
There is one small drop as soon as you go inside from the outside. But it’s not too big, and it’s not straight down. It made my stomach drop just a bit because I wasn’t expecting it, but it’s all going so fast, that by the time you realize, you’re on to the next portion of the rollercoaster!

i think this version of tron is better than the shanghai disneyland version because not only is it in english, but the railroad tunnel that goes underneath the ride's outdoor track is not seen at the version in shanghai (that park doesn't have a railroad at all :O)
This ride is amazing. It’s the best ride in tomorrowland in my opinion. The only thing that I like better than it, maybe space mountain but barely this is without a doubt in my opinion the best ride in tomorrowland.
I don't see why they are waiting until April 4th to open the ride. Most Spring breaks will over by then.
I rode this ride and it was so good i loved it so muchh
I rode this yesterday. Great ride I just wish it was a little longer
My first 2 rollercoasters of my life were the very first, king da Ka, and the second, space mountain. If this existed I feel like I would have made this my first
Unfortunately I will not attend this park for just One Decent adult ride in a 3 hour line
Velosicoaster is a freaking rocket to the moon compared to other rides. Haha hagrids is just straight up awesome 😃
There is a movie for this and it’s SO cool
It's a great ride needs to be longer
lmaooo my sister was scared and the lady felt bad so we got a free lighting pass
I’m planning on doing this ride with my friend next Tuesday April 25th. How fast is the launch on this bad boy?
Thank you for this video, I completely forgot the feel and nature of disney rides😢 I really miss florida
I rode this it’s so fun
A guy I work with got to ride it early because his dad works at Disney. Told me that "It was nice riding something new, but would not wait in a line for. Stick with the classics."
I don’t like drops on coaster but I rode this. I will say that the launch is the most intense part. After that it’s a cake walk in the dark (despite not seeing drops or what’s going on).
Wish we got to ride it… group 160+ got cut off an hour before the place shut 😞
Looks amazing...but looks short?
Rode a few days ago with son. Son got a bad cramp from the bike setup. I had trouble holding on, and I guess I didn’t keep my head up enough because I had a horrible neck pain later. We’re both fairly athletic too. We rode in back modified seat later and liked it more.
That’s it! LOL
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💯
Attn people who don’t like rollercoasters with motion sickness issues but rode this anyway: what was the worst part?
Tron was released in 1982. They should put this ride in Yesterdayland.
This was my first coaster so I thought if I Let go of the handle that you pull t strap yourself in the safety would come off😅
Rode it today.
Will I be ok on this?
its way faster so it really depends how okay u r with the high speed
I rode that yesterday for the first time and it was at night which is the best time because it glows and I’m only 10 and I rode it
It's an interesting ride, but I feel like there's too many brake runs. The one right as you reenter the show building is especially disappointing because it kills all the momentum from the incredible launch. It is fun, and is definitely worth a wait, but I think it's just short of being a classic ride.
maybe im a sucker for the music so wish they did a longer ride :-) but srsly that looks like fun
I was in the first seat on the ride! 😭 it was so scary I screamed to death! With my effort I tried to smile for the pictures but that’s just made me look extremely creepy and a psycho 😂💀
The launch is hell, but the ride is cool.
Come on...the launch is the best😎😎😎😉
@@run4ever948 hell no. It’s awful.
@@mirellagalliano9818 I finally rode for my cast preview and My stomach never dropped on it Haha it was so much fun, I road twice !! I always freak myself out and then end up having a blast
@@nolindavis Dang!! Maybe I was just overwhelmed with how weird the safety restraint is and how fast it went in the beginning.😅 I thought I was going to fall off my seat the first time I road it lol
Thanks for the analysis! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (air carpet target dish off jeans toilet sweet piano spoil fruit essay). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
I’m gonna go on it so check later to see my response
OMG IT WAS SO MUCH FUN
Looks awesome. Just way too short
