I also just found this fantastic artist. Where has this band been. I have been a huge supporter of Rick Cua for a while now. I'm so glad that I've come across this new music. And it's all Christ inspired. Glory be to God!🙂
Love listening to Rick and Will McFarlane (the guy in the kilt) play, I’ve met them several times when the a Christian Musician Summit was coming to Buffalo, they’re great guys. It was even funnier to see Will’s jaw drop as we watched a seminar being put on by Phil Keaggy (the amazing 9-fingered guitarist).
You and Will have this wonderful broad pronounciation, like Jack Bruce! Love you guys. I play along as if I never left the band! I even harmony your chorus riffs. Lol. For a man that's got almost nothing under the hood playing my guitares, you sure make me sound like it's jammed packed but only the real good comes out in God's time! Maranthana.
Wow! Ric Cua! I was wondering what you were up to. Awesome music and just my genre & style. I play blues on harmonica myself. You can hear some of my jams on harp. Start with; jimmy c and ec as a starter on utube. Tell me what you think. Ive' been listening to The Glen Kaiser Blues Band for years now Love Darrell Mansfield too. Love the blues, especially gospel blues. My favorite is Bryn Haworth, been listening to Bryn Haworth since the the 80's. GOSPEL BLUES RULES!
Scott Franson Do you mean the guy in the kilt? That is Will MacFarlane. He is HIGHLY respected as a blues guitarist in Christian and Mainstream circles. The guy who solo'd is Tony Hooper, a worship leader and a sought after guitarist and producer. The other guitarist is Tom Lane. They are all lead players and all very good.
May Jesus keep blessing you'll with more of His Wisdom.
