Yeah that was an accidental flash, I would definitely recommend shuffling the cards face down only to prevent this from happening!

Love this. Love how you've invented a new truck with a new story.
Have seen tricks with similar parts but with the story it is its own trick.
I would not trust the spectator to put the aces (tens) in the pack or to take an ace out because I have come across too many idiots that wanna bend the instructions and will look at the cards when they put them in or not take the top one when they take one out.
The trick still works though if I do it instead so I'll go with that.

Nice Trick. Just a couple thing’s for me. For me when the 10’s were revealed it felt like you lost money going from Aces to tens, so maybe start with 2’s. And go to 10’s. 2nd at about the 2 minute mark when you shuffled you could see the ace’s in the deck so I already knew what happened. 3rd, you do a whole bunch of great magic tricks, that’s all!

Brilliant trick. One small question, what would you do if they took another card from the box.

Brillant trick you make it look so easy. Just asking, what would you do if they chose one of the tens in the box.
Honestly it’s such a rare chance of that happening I wouldn’t even worry about it. If you take the ace in the box and pull it out slightly before asking the question, now the spectator will have no other option than to grab the top card because it will be covering the other 3.
If for some reason they do choose a 10, I would maybe remove all four cards from the box and proceed to do an equivoque selection to force them to choose the ace. I would say: “Here actually let me remove the cards from the box to make it easier for you.”
What if I actually force them the last 10 as the selection to make it four of a kind on purpose
Definitely an option! It might make the end reveal of the trick hit even harder since you are connecting everything together using the matching cards
