    Very pretty. I'm not usually into making or wearing the heart motif, but this is so much more than just a heart. I'm happy to see how it's made sense I can't wear bicones, 'cuz the edges are too sharp on my sensitive skin. However, this design looks like it will work with rounds or fire polish 6mm beads. TFS!

      Hi Neyla, You can, but you will need to adjust the number and size of seed beads you use. Experiment with a sample piece and see what combination works best.

    I am new to making my own pendants. I was wondering if you had any great tips for beginners? Like what would the best type of surface area should I work on and what type of fabric would be best for me to lay my beads on so that I don't have them going all over the place. Plus how do you know how much thread to use when making your design. Is there a print out version of this this heart design that I can read over so I don't miss any of the steps. I apologise for all the quests. I just want to learn so bad because I am trying to do make and learn this stuff for my future business.

    Do you tie off the thread after each step ? As in the bicone beads and than you tie it and add new thread for the structure shape and tie that off and start a new thread for the X's???
    I do notice there is a new long thread when doing around your edges.

    • @Potomacbeadco
      @Potomacbeadco  Год назад

      You can do it all with one thread but can easily add on more thread with each step if you prefer not to have to start with 5 feet

    A lovely pattern, but I sometimes find it difficult to see it when the thread is the same colour as the beading mat.
