I have the gen 2 5-25 and its amazing. I've purchased a scope for twice the price and cant even see through the fuzz after 12x. 16x is unviewable but the scope i spent pennies on in comparison has crisp glass all the way into 25x. Like u can zoom the scope in all the way and not have a lens of fuzz is freaking amazing.
The ep5 gen2 not out yet; while standard is the 5-25. Thank you for sharing.
I agree the 25 is actually usable.
I have a gen1 6-24, the eyebox is a No-Go at this station, regardless of magnification.
You must have the sh4. The ep5 gen 1 is 5-25.
Or EPL4? The eye box is indeed shorter than other big brands, but still no problem using it. I suggest you spend a bit extra time to set up your Arken scopes, and they will be awesome for you.

Pretty sure the Japanese make all the glass for all the high end optics with the exception of Zeiss
You are probably right.
Still got that annoying little nip on the bottom which makes some of the more rigid one piece mounts impossible without damaging something.
Ugh. Still love my gen 1, but will not be upgrading.

Well xmas is a safe bet....but I would expect sooner.
Unless the shooter can shoot under a quarter minute, they’ll be no benefit not just Arken but any scope going from 25x to 35x

I don't shoot past 1000. The increase mag for used for detailed refined precision at closer ranges for many.

Well a NF ATACR same specs is just over 39oz. Big glass Optics heavy.
@@RugerGundog The Sightron 10-50x60 weighs 42 oz and was released a long time ago. Current optics now far surpass this model. Some newer models include the Element Theos 6-36 at 36 oz, Leupold 7-35 at 33 oz, Zeiss 4.8-35 at 35 oz, Athlon 15-60 at 38 oz, EOTech 8-32 at 32 oz, Steiner 4-32 at 27 oz, Trijicon 5-50 at 39 oz, and March 5-40 at 32 oz.
Sounds perfect for my howa mini.😂
