I’ve recently rejigged my main palette and got rid of a Cad yellow, Cad orange and a Quin gold hue. They’re still sitting out on my desk, so I’ve been using them a lot with any of my other paints. They make any selection of paint instantly more autumnal. As always, loved seeing your choices!
Guess I'm behind the times: I don't design/create seasonal pallets. If I want to paint tulips in winter; I do it. Autumn is my favorite season but I don't stick to Autumn-themed subjects.
No one said you have to and I def didn't mean it to come out that way. Everyone should paint what they want of course. This was just sharing what colors inspired me, personally, and for those who might be looking for inspiration 😊

Man, I love that you don't mix, because neither do I. I could, but there are so many convenience colours! I wouldn't want them to feel unloved, lol.

Lovely choice of colors. I hardly use purple (PV23/PV37) but I always think my palette is missing without it. Got to have it in my palette.
I have some colors like that where I don't use them but must have them I don't know maybe it's a psychological thing
