The 12 Family Histories book documents the multicultural legacy of individuals to encourage more Singaporeans to share their family histories through the appreciation of family trees.
This book presents a fascinating fabric of family histories of different ethnicities that have been intricately woven and called Singapore home. With its unique culture and practices, these families have worked very hard in one way or another to shape our cultural and economic landscape and make Singapore the industrial powerhouse.
It is a book that aims to encourage the continuation of the fascinating stories in each family. Therefore, they are yet unfinished stories, and it is hoped that the new generations will continue the tales.
