Hon. Governor Ramsey Pariwa, appreciates your question(s) on the Mining operation expiry date. And review other Mining Companies as well. Most Companies are Mining our Natural Resources illegally. Keep up the lovely Management of yours and I Hope the Marape Rosso Government can solve PNG's Political and Economic problems. Also appreciates your other super Questions as well. Your last statement about the Illegal mining of Chromite Mineral blows the minds of all MPs and of this House..." The response by the ministry for mining is quite uncertain , as a minister he should prepare in advance because png as got few gold mining in operations.

Did the good Minister received a letter dated 01st November 2022 which was asked by Hon.Governor?? If so than he should be in a better position to answer.
State Minister's are highly paid, it's your duty to understand all matters concerning your department.

Serious allegations there about the illegal mining activities. (The Minister is beating around the bush and lecturing the governor on parliamentary procedures.) He must inform parliament and the people about these allegations at the earliest possible time - next sitting.

I also agree with the Mining Minister that key questions of technical n legal nature be provided in advance in order for responding Ministers to properly respond with conrete answers rather than beating around the bush, which was usually the case in the past.

Brother Ramsey very important questions raised. Mr. Pala, appreciate the responses in requesting the acting speaker to answer such questions with clear level of articulation and preparedness. However, I would like to suggest that one day is short timeframe to provide responses to such questions, either a week or two in advance should be sufficient to prepare details responses on the matter in question before addressing the parliament. we promote some changes somewhere and action accordingly. too much words and less action being done. by now Papua New Guinean should be aware of this that "we are good at talking but less action being taken"
Check also the legality of Chinese employees entry into the country. Check every single one.

Hon. Ano Pala with a good answer. Such technical questions should be noticed 1-2 day prior to the sitting. Now then such questions are motioned he cant provide that magnitude of answer for such questions when he has no knowledge of it.
