The purple shell looks awesome! Would love to see the different color variants as well especially from all angles. Looking forward to see some review unit footage soon hopefully?
Can you speak to the latency of inputs please AYN? It was a complaint from the original and it keeps coming up on comments but getting ignored. It looks like there is some noticeable input delay in this video, but it’s hard to tell. Can you give us some info/thoughts please? Ignoring this makes it seem like you don’t want to draw attention to a potential negative.
@ayn6704 Could you show performance of games that use bounding box (ex. Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door for gamecube) on the Odin 2? Thats the one thing thats so difficult to emulate and I’m dying to see if Odin 2 can handle it.
I made the same comment on their previous NGC showcase video. SDGen2 CPU should be powerful enough to handle the official Dolphin build. I don't understand why they went the MMJR2 route again on this video
bc it is well known out the box mmjr runs smoother and has better performance. I see people arguing this. Must be new to emulation if you think even the most recent build of dolphin compares to mmjr builds @@tebo2286
@@tebo2286I have Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and apparently the official Dolphin stutters time to time while MMJR2 doesn't. It's honestly strange even though 8g2 have more than enough power to run these games🤔

It does not dips below 30 or 60 in any game besides nfs, and nfs will dip to 35-40 even on most powerful pc build because its some game engine limitation. On my Loki Max at 28w or Steam Deck on 15w game still dips even at 1x. But every other game in that video worked flawlessly.

Yeah I think it's just a showcase for the chip. For GC, Wii and PS2 you don't need more than 3x with that screen. Nice to know that this will be able to breeze those systems
How much bigger is this unit compared to the odin lite. Odin 2 seems alot thicker than it. Thats a deal breaker for me since i need small stashable units
I am so excited for the odin 2! I hope everything will work as planned so that I can get the odin 2 at christmas time.
it exceeded my expectations
This is gonna be something else! Really looking forward to it.
HOTY!?
Purple is looking great, please also show the white colour variant, want to see how the white bezel looks before ordering
Me encantan cuando muestran este tipo de videos con emuladores! Definitivamente el gamecube es de mis favoritos 😊

Can it play fortnite mobile??
What's the max TDP for the odin 2? 6,3W like the mobile version?
it can surely play everything that is compatible on the play store, it's an active cooled 8g2@@famihonda5030

already went for early bird. CAN'T wait to play this device
Please do video compression for input lag between odin 1 vs odin 2. Saw many comments and videos about this. I may cancel my order if no improvement.
It wasn’t really a problem to be honest ( since no games were played competitively) but I would be better if it was lower.
Little by little its coming up :D
Come on send the review devices yet! i wish i could get mine by December tho
amazing, please don't delay the delivering!
i hope metriod prime series would come up?
