I wonder if you could use the venturi effect to allow for the use of only one pump. Whichever side that does not have the pump would get a valve for fine tuning the mixture rate.
@@lazyh-online4839 Perhaps, at the same time a ball valve might help in that regard. I haven't built one yet so I'm just throwing ideas out there. Have you had any problem with back flow when you turn it off?
@@-robo- I haven't actually tried that myself it's just stuff I've heard, kind of like how carburettors need to be adjusted alot. Personally I use a reverse osmosis pump with the soap/water and air compressor for the air, but I'm considering having two lines coming from my compressor, pressure regulator on each line, one leading to the mixing wand and the other line going to the top of a sealed container full of water/soap, said container will then have an opening at the bottom allowing the air pressure to push the soap/water into the mixing wand through another line. Hope this is easier to visualize. That way there's only one air compressor running the whole thing and a ball valve just before it splits into two lines so both the water and air are shut off/turned on at the same time.
Put a layer of scrubby/stainless/or copper wool, then a layer of airsoft pellets, then another layer of scrubby, so on and so forth. That is how car wash foam generators work.
You need to reduce the amount of soap solution reaching your gun...the foam is too wet and not foaming at peak efficency. It will also use up your soap solution too quickly. Install a needle valve just after the pump and you can fine tune the soap mixture. Careful if your pump is gear driven...too much restriction could over pressure the line and cause the tubing to burst. If it is driven by an impeller it shouldn't be a problem..
06:33 DID YOU HEAR THAT: "the aircompressor" (with 65 psi of air-pressure!!) even made a break, that we can take it in ... Saved my day! 02:55 of course this was a good lough too !!! THANKS A BUNCH!!! From all the two hundred aircrete films - this is BY FAR the best!!! Smash the big thumb-up!!!
you can make a lighter aircrete depending on what you want to make. 50gal aircrete or 100 gal aircrete and with the 100 gal you would use it for panels that are mainly for insulation. at 45gal you have a pretty good product that is strong and is going to be very stable. I would go to 50gal because it is every bit as strong but I would use drexel instead of the body wash because drexel would give you a much better foam.
Probably will but air volume will be your problem. You will need a way to control the solution input to match the volume of air coming out of the inflator or just buy a portable air tank and use it in conjunction with the inflator to hold a volume of air and pump it full prior to making foam.
Amigo, me regala la especificación de la bomba? saludos desde Colombia; Friend, can you give me the specification of the pump? Greetings from Colombia;
Nice but why didn’t you explain what size parts you made/used & explain what size holes to make? Could’ve been better with parts list & instructions on how to make it.
Lets say i wanted to make a 1/2 gallon of aircrete to fill a vase? how much port land cement is needed? and could i just buy a can of shaving cream to mix it in the cement mix??? and what is the ratios? lets just say i want to make a cup of aircrete... can you tell me how much cement, water and foam is needed of each... i am go at math...just need ratios as close as possible... i can experiment and get it right... thanks
You know what you're looking at but I dont have a clue. What size pipe and attachments. What pressure setting on compressor? How do I set up the wifi attachments? Can you go step by step showing this so everybody, including newbies like me, can go to home depot and get just what we need.
your foam needs to be 90=100 grams per quart and the agent should be an actual foam agent for durability, it would be better to put a valve on your air line and solution line so you can adjust for more consistent foam
He didnt do it step by step. Look up how to make aircrete gun. I believe there only one men that tells you step by step what to buy and how to build it. You dont need a men to do it. Most of these men out here dont know how. Good luck and sorry for those bad comments you got.
He did explain how it works, but unless you are familiar with the parts, ( people who know can make this easy just by looking at it) , otherwise it can be daunting for newcomers. It would of been nice if he listed all the parts and made it step-by-step though so one can follow it like a recipe.
Why the switch? Does this make it a stronger mix ? I did have trouble with my mix a few times with portland - drying up and becoming crumbled. Thanks, Wulfy
Rapid Set mortar mix is excellent choice .... it does push the price point 10 times as much as an 85Lb of Portland cement. Solution: use 1 bag of Rapid Set mortar mix per every 1 bag of portland, add in your foam and you can build the Taj Mahal.😳🤔😏
I noticed you're building a dome in the back ground, I would have formed the first 4 feet with quarter-inch Luan and brace it , then I would mix the product inside the mold, done. Humbled by your enthusiasm.

Nice explanation, but you need to take it a step further so that the gun shoots out the mixture with the portland cement included, so you could coat walls for pools, insulation jobs, etc.
What just happened? ...foam fail. Lol. Still don't know how you made it. I do know copper chore boy will not break down and rust tho... I can tell you tried so I'm smashing the like button.

I wish he would’ve been able to finish it.
Your gun configuration with the 3 way valves is clean and easier to handle than other guns I've seen, the remote is brilliant

I've heard of that being done but it seems difficult to fine tune.

Thanks for sharing . Awesome stuff . Mark , Barbados , Atlantic Ocean
Do you have a parts list? Cost of parts would be awesome, too. Love the video.
Parts list too please. Great video! Thanks
Yea he never showed how to build the front of the gun.
2:55 is way honest. Thanks! I'm wondering.. will this work using a 12v tire inflator?

I'd like to know where to get the pump? Maybe post a link to where you got the pump.
Im a little confused.... Could not a power washer foamer nozzel work? Just foam it into a bucket and add concrete?
3 min had to drop a like! Thanks for keeping it in the video.
Can you make some kind of Venturi arrangement so the airflow sucks the liquid into the gun?
Rad video man love it... Very comprehensive instructions thanks much
Thanks for your video! What solution do you use to generate foam?
He said body wash but I tried shampoo works better for me.
Video is perfect very detailed and easy to understand
I was wondering about a parts & price list to make one myself?
hi! a little over two years later....maybe move the air valve to the other end of the hose, the end up near the gun. thanks for the video!
Hi there, maybe I can get some answers, why do my mixture deflates? I apreciate if anyones input thanks again.
Can you please give more details, such as specs of the pump and where to get it. What kind of nozzle did you use and how you connected it. Thanks.
Pump is junk I'm on 2nd one ive been busy working but if you call or text I'll let you know everything I know and send you pictures
@@AirCreteCreations thanks for your reply, I'm in Southeast Asia, what number do I call or text?
Doing great. Learning along the way. Honey Do Carpenter has plans for foam gun he built that he has tested. If interested.
It's cool you posted that 🤣😂🤣. Make sure everything is glued 😁👍
Have you had any problems with your aircrete collapsing?
what is your favorite body wash soap brand?

Would this work t shot concrete to the wall?
Nice explanation, thank you!
Can we use the carwash foam gun?😳🤔
what is the brand and specification of your aircompressor?
2) what is dencity of block
3) what is the strength of block
Wish you listed all items in description
Great video! Fun to watch. BTW I'm glad you lived through it
I guess it is kinda randomly asking but does anyone know of a good site to watch newly released tv shows online ?

What are you using for morter
What pump did you use ? Specs pls

Where do you buy the pump?
I can't clearly see the print on the bag... what size bag of Portland cement are you using?
92 or 94

BAHAHHA
i appreciate the honesty of showing how it didn't go perfectly... always learning
Hint, if you have garden hose, you don't need pump and switch.
I see a car/van/truck/boat/plane washing application as well. :-I
The Ratios - Air:Water Mix:Concrete? etc? Air Pressure? Overall love it.
Say something about the pump you're using...
LOL! Nice that you can laugh at yourself.
I see the background... are you trying to make a dome?
The pump how many PSI
30 psi is more than enough to work, but personal preference
Hello sorry, i want to start use this method , but can't find more information about this,
How much cement I need to mix 200 litres ( a cube).? Thanks
Ok...so I'm not the only one who forgot to glue the end....Hahahahaha !
Works well though ! Great job !

What PSI rating is ypu water pump?
What are the specs for your pump please?
What's the psi of the pump and air.
What's the density of the aircrete that you made?
Love the used car salesmen look
Video needs more polyester. Maybe a pair of black and white Oxfords too?
You could have cast it with air filled bottles in the middle
Has anyone been able to make the foam using Boraxo?
Love aircrete .. I can't wait to get things around to start building
Mark Wilson it’s lots of fun!
Very cool. I rely want to see someone make an aircrete shotcrete gun!
That's creative and awesome
What chemicals are you using to form foam?
He said it was body wash so prolly laurelsufate base
So where is your parts list?
What's the measurements
ok so you failed to tell us how to make it...im still as clueless as i was at the beginning of this video
No he told us exactly how to make it. You just didn't get it
