- 7 year old Trumpet Prodigy, The Star Spangled Banner Queen, performed for a Tuscarora High School basketball game on her Maryland State Tour.

y'all need to be supportive. you see that your lung capacity isn't the greatest at 7, so she still needs to work on her circular breathing. but y'all are saying she isn't a prodigy and criticizing her, it's crawls on my skin, honestly. just bribe her and say she is a prodigy, even if you think she is not. saying "she isn't a prodigy 😂" and saying "it's too low and she is puffing her cheeks!" won't really make her feel better if she ever reads these comments. let her improve on her own and just don't bash her, she is only 7. it doesn't matter if you are better than her even though she played longer than you. whoever said that, you should delete that. that was REALLY rude. i think she is actually REALLY good for her age, and i'm proud of her. you guys should be supportive and just give TIPS and not BASH her. you see, they are two different things. i don't care whether i have good grammar or not but i just went to point this out because this was really getting on my nerves.
I agree! This is pretty good for a 2nd grader. I can see a lot of amazing stuff for this girl in the future with more practice! I know she is in middle school now and she’s probably an amazing player now! I can definitely see if people say she isn’t right at prodigy level yet but people need to be nice about it. Like let’s see if those people criticizing this go out there and see how hard it is to go out and play infront if a crowd and have only had one year of experience. People seriously need to see how hard it can be!
Exactly, I agree this girl can do a lot, especially on trumpet at only 7 years old. I couldn't play that at 7, and that is really impressive for this girl. Judy is the best trumpet player that I know of that is 7 years old.
She can play the trumpet better than some of the kids in my 9th grade band 😃

I’ve been playing for just a year to and can do much more advanced songs they overstate the word prodigy though she’s far from one
@@lenochaun She is good, and I'm not going to be rude, but I agree. The word prodigy is far too overused nowadays, as well as the term pro. Sure, she is wonderful for her age, and this isn't directed at her, but she plays this one song, and everybody immediately states that she is a prodigy, but then again, for being young in this video, it was quite impressive.

@@cripbergermetalworks you really have a true prodigy at that age brass instruments have a physical requirement to play that most kids don’t have so this good is about as close to a prodigy you’ll get for a seven year (not saying there aren’t better young trumpet players but still.)
