Lakme Flower Duet Diction Tutorial

A couple of my students are working on the Lakme Flower Duet, this is a tutorial on pronouncing and singing the French text.

Thank you for the effort!
Unfortunately, there are a couple of mistakes already in the first lines:
- The "c" in "blanc" is mute, i.e. it's not pronounced.
- The "r" in "fleur", on the other hand, is pronounced.
- You pronouce "glissons" as "glissant". (The nasal "a" and the nasal "o" are two different sounds in French. If you mix them up, the meaning changes.)
- In "fuyant" the "u" should be short, and the "y" should be long. You say it the other way round.
Etc. etc. ...
The video is a nice effort, and you are trying to be helpful. Thank you for that!
But I advise all singers who are studying the piece to rather trust the recording of a native speaker...
