The silver Ford Capri was the best car of the lot because of its incredible good looks all round! I used to draw the bloody thing on all my school folders back in grade 7 1981-82 period and every Saturday night at 8:30 praying for a car chase!!!!!
You're right about a silver capri being the best car on this show. What I have to disagree with is its not this silver capri. The best one is the mk2 with the X pack arches fitted. It was bodie's car for only 2 episodes that I'm aware of. Also did they change the day of transmission for the later episodes? I'm sure earlier episodes went out on a Sunday evening, as I was under strict orders from my parents that I had to be ready for bed before it started, otherwise I wouldn't be watching the following week as it was a school night. Either way fantastic show.
