Nah even if he steals lucifer's powers, he doesn't get a chance to win lmao. Black Hat one taps the verse oh not to mention Lucifers biggest feat is beating the crap out of Adam, while Black Hat's biggest feat is creating a book that contains Infinite Multiverses, and also stated to the strongest villain in CN Multiverse.
