I love voice actors even some English voice actors like Johnny Yong Bosch. And sometimes I pick up voice actors in other pieces of work pretty well, so I will give the recognition they deserve even if others won't! Also, you can't change my mind that Mark Hamill's best work was when he did the joker's voice, its the perfect voice for joker.
I didn't know that voice actors carry stigma in Japan. Voice acting takes talent, and I feel like it would be more fulfilling than being a English teacher at a school where a majority of the students don't really have the desire to be able to speak the language and just want to pass the class.

Beside some very talented figures, all of them sound like they belong to a Middle School recital as well. For every AMAZING Castlevania, Rick and Morty, Gravity Falls, Steven Universe etc voice acting, you have an Ocean of cringe performances. Especially from the Funimation/Crunchyroll crew.
I really don't think voice acting should be something to be embarrassed about. It's a really tough job and requires a lot of dedication and control on your voice - which is something that most people don't have - plus, you really can apply it in so many other careers, I got a tip from a voice actor a while back that helped me on my presentations at work! So, Sora be proud of your work, it's a very wonderful thing to do as long as you enjoy it!

Yeah, voice acting takes a certain talent and hardwork! And also being able to keep the audience interested in the content with your voice is a lot of work as well. From what I’ve seen in his streams and videos, Sora really does an amazing job as a voice actor, and it’s really fascinating to hear what he does!

I usually think of seiyuus as the same level as Japanese actors. I really want to tell every seiyuu that I love them for providing us these great voices.
I'll be the first to tell you, Japanese voice actors/actresses are very key and instrumental in creating so much life into each and every character in Anime. So much so, that I can't listen to the American voice actors trying to portray the depth of feelings and emotions Japanese voice actors highly succeed at. If you're not appreciated in Japan, please know that though I may not know you personally, you're not only a great voice actor, but your content and videos are equally as talented.

I’m an audiobook enthusiast. I have mad respect for voice actors. It takes experience to make the dialogue expressive but not over dramatic. I’ve heard some terrible audiobook narration that made me quit listening after an hour of patience, so I truly value all of you who put in the time and effort to develop your craft. You bring a new dimension to storytelling that doesn’t exist with simply reading an ebook. God… now I sound like an advertisement for Audible.
There is nothing to be embarrassed about being able to make people happy by being a voice actor. As long as people are satisfied, I think it is a good thing.
