That's a classic Zeus move right there, he was always known for holding a very big grudge on everyone who crosses him.
Actually think about it, what if Athena was a tad to late and Zeus was dead, the story would most likely have ended alot better than it actually did. Plus Athenas words seemed to reach Kratos, a bit too late, but he seems much wiser now.
According to gow 3 Zeus would have used his fear form and beaten kratos anyway.

Add to this the fact that Zeus was responsible for cowardous attack and destruction of Sparta which only adds to his desire only to kill. And let's not forget that at this time Gaia manipulated his anger and determination to achieve her own goals.

Because sure Hephaestus marked the location of Pandora's temple on Cronos and made the layout but it Helios who you can look on wiki that built it while building the temple he slowly went insane and later killed himself and when kratos entered the temple it wasn't fully finished and Zeus should've known this and there's no way he could have put two and two together.

It's just the truth lol. The voice actor for Zeus here is the same in GoW3. And funny enough, I was playing GoW3 yesterday and noticed this yet again.
Even though it was the same voice actor, his lines felt weaker because of the script and voice *_direction._*
Marvel vs Capcom 3 and Marvel vs Capcom Infinite suffer from the same voice-direction problem.
(MvCI had the same voice actors as MvC3, yet the lines felt kinda bland and weak in comparison).

I would like to share my experience with you guys I had with this boss: It's incredible. Definitely one of the best final bosses I've ever faced. Heck, God of War 2 IS one of my favorite games of all time. Personally I think that game had the best bosses. God of War 3 came close, but I still prefer the second game. Though don't get me wrong. God of War 3 is amazing as well! :)
Agreed! But I have a serious problem when it comes to the final puzzle. I am playing it on ps2 and somehow I always lose. Pushing those buttons gives me anxiety and I can't seem to finish this. Any tips for that?

Hmm, makes sense. If that's the case then why he felt defeat all of sudden? That would not be happen considering the harsh spartan training. If answer goes because of his fallen family memory, then the sudden memory of loss would have appeared during gow 2 entire game

darnell16player Cronos' Rage because while casting the magic, you can add additional combo. Just imagine Cronos' Rage, combined with Rage of Titans, Press and Hold Square, and then you push L1 after you reach 1000 Hits.
But Atlas Quake does more damage to the enemy. An effective magic to use against a horde of Cyclops or tough enemies when your HP is low.
I only learned this recently, but the summit of sacrifice where we fight Zeus is the same place where Cronos ate his children

One thing I don’t understand is that if Kratos, after the battle with Zeus, somehow opened the gate of time and returned to the temple of the sisters to once again travel back in time to the Titans, then where did this ability go during GOV3? Why couldn’t he, at key moments, also open the gates, return to the sisters’ temple and change the past there?

Did he forget that Kratos killed the sisters of Fate and there for whatever happens now is completely unknown? Whatever the sisters foresaw is no more and whatever shall happen is of their own making. Plus it was the oracle (ascension) in which a marked warrior would bring forth the destruction of Olympus, Zeus did nothing to stop the prediction from happening.

This is the only game I finished like 4 times ! Those are days man ,
I’ve seen time travel moves before and in various timelines are very versions of yourself but yet there’s one primary one that’s more able to travel through time and change things like if you were sleep for two hours that’s the past you in the present use the one I just woke up
This game was so PERFEEECT
All of this could've been avoided if either
1. Kratos comes to terms with killing his family
Or
2. The gods actually rid him of his nightmare like that's legit all he wanted and Kratos would've been serving them without question
