- 6th annual Grand Nationals F100 truck show took place in Pigeon Forge at the Le Conte Centre in May 2023. Join me as we talk with the man behind the show Joe Carpenter and find a little on the history of the Grand Nationals. The video also features the veteran's tribute as well as interviews with f100 truck owners and beautiful custom ford pick ups. Dylan McNeil joins us again and this time with his 1968 Ford truck with a Whipple supercharged coyote 5.0 engine while his friend Hugh had his 1972 f250 truck with a diesel Cummings swap. The beautiful lifted orange F150 belonged to Colten. With 12 inch lift and 466 motor, this truck has come along way since Colten's high school days. It was lovely to run into Jim Cox from Blue Ridge Midnight Runners facebook group and his classic 1948 truck. Inside the Le Conte centre we chat with Roger and his classic Ford Wrong Bed truck with 1963 cab and 1958 bed. It was fascinating to hear the story on how the wrong bed trucks were invented.
