Editing this video fell strangely in line with the theming of the original show, especially when considering the making of the first video, Woods. That is, there was a certain "magic" that came from the editing process for the first part, even when remaking it nearly a decade later. Making a second seemed only natural but it ended up challenging me. I spent nearly the entire process thinking it was garbage, worried it didn't live up to the "happy ever after" that the first part promised. But just like the story of Into The Woods, reality is often disappointing and sometimes the best thing to do is to pursue. To continue living and doing your best in spite of things not going the way you intended. I hope you enjoy this long-overdue follow-up to a well-loved work of mine

The first half let you play with context in some areas, but as a watcher, just plain knowing what's actually going on really robs your goofs of a lot of their fun. I think people who haven't seen Into the Woods might have the advantage when watching this one. Still, I think you did a shockingly good job with it! Some jokes, especially supercutting the silent parts between Cinderella and the Prince, were really funny to watch, even knowing how tense and sad the original scene is. You reached in and made a lot of fun without making fun of the show, and I hope you can feel a lot of pride in tackling something with such high difficulty.

YTP about musicals are honestly my religion, they include two of the things I love the most: musical theatre and crazy witty nonsense. Absolutely brilliant.
I’ve never seen the play, but this was pretty decent as a YTP source, I laughed at the commercials and their integration into the poop. He Hub transition caught me off guard as well.
I was also curious about the source so I looked it up and ended up watching the whole thing. It's actually pretty great! (And this is coming from someone who usually hates musicals.)

Yoohoo! It's kinda like chocolate milk, but it tastes like it's been watered down. It doesn't need refrigeratoration however so you can enjoy it and take it just about anywhere, though ice cold is best.

I've never seen the stageplay, and I've never seen the movie, but what I have seen over and over again due to it being downloaded on my phone is Woods Rekindled and I have to say, it's weird to see the witches voice coming from another body after seeing it the other way for so long...
