Really enjoyed post, I'm 58 and done a little boxing in my teens and to this day I still run the same route from back in those days helps me remember the good days and helps with mental clarity. I'm a very passionate boxing fan and already know this channel is going to be special and very insightful, showing different aspects of boxing techniques and training advice. I've watched most things boxing on RUclips but I think this channel can be head and shoulders above them all. Shane's attitude is inspiring. 💪
There’s a branch of physics that believes that the way we experience time as a linear process is actually an illusion and that everything that has ever been and ever will be is happening right now all at once. If that’s true, then our loved ones are never really gone, they just exist at a different point in time. Laughing at us when we did that silly thing in the garden when we were children. They’re still there in the summer sun and we’re still there with them. The thought of that brought me solace in my own grief. That they’re still out there somewhere in time.
Great to hear more from Craig, quality Channel mate. Found running properly in the last year and it’s a godsend. Mixing up the routes has been awesome too.
Really enjoying these videos, very insightful. I boxed as an amateur for years and had a love hate relationship with running throughout. When I stopped boxing I took up weight training to gain some weight and strength which I’ve carried on til this day but running I have never really kept in my routine. After watching this video I’ll definitely be putting running back into my weekly routine. I struggle at times to get that mental clarity and I miss the endorphins boxing gave me and especially running, weight training is great but it doesn’t quite hit the same. You put it into perspective perfectly when you said “Anyone that is able to run should run”. Great video Shane, keep them coming 👍🏽.
6:00 That body shot!! I was trying to teach my wife to double jab her way into a left to the body. I was missing that little feint to the right though. Thing of beauty.
defiently the best coach in the uk right now, letting go of traditional old school stuck ways and using more sports science makes such a difference compared to old school punching with weights and 15k runs everyday modern day sports science is the future of boxing strength and conditioning
Azim good fighter hope he does well but wen u look at is skills to the likes of keyshaw davis miles apart he needs a proper fight to see were he at carnt see him goin padt euro level
Really good to see some of the background work you trainers and fighters get up to. Good man Shane and all the best with this year's adventures 👍
Shane I’m so happy you have a RUclips channel, I know you’re a very busy man.
Absolutely loved watching fight camp

So sorry to hear about your 33-year-old sister. I didn't know that. Condolences to you, all of your family and friends.

Ellie is an absolute killer in there. She destroys that body
Would love to see the actual splits for them 400s, highly doubt he's running 69 or even low 70 for them reps
