To make it act like filter freak ive send my signal to 2 different aux Each aux than has an auto filter and lets say each it's a band pass type Than i make sure the aux has a track on the arrangement view From there I add a pattern region on the aux track and in the step sequence i hit "learn note" and than I move the cutt off filter and can than use the step sequencer to automate the cut of knob or any parameter and make some cool rhythms Im thinking of having these 2 busses in my template so i can quickly send any source ro them and have it already setup and mapped
To simplify it further I think you can group the 2 aux as 1 bus and put the pattern region on that bus so you have 1 step sequencer controlling both plugins It's not as intuitive but it works, it's really has me thinking the different ways I can manipulate audio
Also also, should the marriage to Logic blow up, I am sure any DAW would be happy to have you, you saucy spicy person. Feel there is something about one’s musical technical sensibilities that transcend DAWs. Might have to relearn HOW to do things, but one is coming into it with a plethora of WHAT to do… This is delicious madness. Can’t believe you’re allowed to move about freely.
Just remember, if you ever feel like stepping outside of your Logic marriage, just remember who has always been there for you, who has always had your back on those endless hours at night producing, who has been your stable rock, who has been reliable and while maybe not the sexiest one in the room, always manages to turn heads for having more layers than a large onion and is always showing you new and exciting options. That’s right, it’s Logic. Now you go over into that corner of the room, and you just THINK about what you’ve even considered! 😅
Hello Jono. I was watching an old tutorial from about eight years ago and I thought, that sounds like Jono Buchanan. Then I had to rethink as the narrator hadn't said the magic word. I was sure it was you but after 10 minutes still no magic word. I thought to myself that if he can go through the whole video without saying it, I would have to make a comment on your new YT channel. Well in the end you failed and did say it right near the end of the video so I new it was in fact you. Can anyone guess the word? 😁
@@jonobuchananmusic I too feel I have committed to Logic. Save for a brief initial dalliance with GarageBand. So much so that had Logic had a more visually interesting icon, I might have gotten it tattooed.
Logic has a great Tremelo when put to 0 polarity gives you a ton of shape control for volume LFO effects
Try layering those🤯
Great suggestion, thank you.
@@jonobuchananmusic you're welcome. Any time we can learn new techniques we all win
Good stuff, as usual. Thanks Jono.
Thanks so much.
Brilliant! Can’t wait to utilize! Thank you JB!❤👊🏻
You’re extremely welcome. Thanks, as always.
Great tutorial Jono 👌
Thanks! 👍
Nice result that one
Thanks so much. Glad it was helpful.

Just wondered why you had the mastering plugin on? Just to make it sound good for yt?
Absolutely, a little extra hype felt right in this context!

Logic marriage vows😆
To be faaaaaaair, they did discontinue their Logic Instructor certification program, so kinda feel they have gone for a trial separation…

They’re sacred vows… 😉
