El Herpo Derpo no! Many of the best card and coin magicians in the world have tiny hands believe it or not… Sleight of hand has very little to do with the size of the hand. In many cases, it HELPS.
I'm not sure of his name but there is a card magician who can do amazing sleights and he is missing his middle and ring fingers. Don't give up dude! Cheers!

I had have even worse pranks XD (this was not a prank btw) well i love icecream, so i went to scoop some out to eat it. Turns out i was able to bend the spoon like if i ripped paper is half! Actually...you could pull that off the same way. Toss the flat coin (that you've still got palmed) into your other hand while flipping the bent one into concealment with your thumb & finger. Then "bend" the flat coin back flat.

When you see the coin toss explained, it's really, really obvious that it's coming from down lower instead of from the fingertips, but you can't tell when you see it the first time. Very crafty.

I think he is converting the currency for the polish people, not claiming it is an actual american quarter. Pretty sure polish money looks totally different. I had a 5 dollar(or maybe 5 cent) piece that was brass and silver. It had a 5 on it xD
Edit: Looked it up, polish money has eagles on it too, so maybe he did think it was polish money xD

you can actually do this truly by hand if you anneal the coin before. it helps if is silver instead of the standard bi metal combo. you should pickle and clean the coin first before performing and have a stamped coin ready. it does take strength still so practice first
the stamped in annealed coin is for your viewer/friend
