It's probably the slope that's not straight. I mean same, high slopes. Those buses whip so hard I'm surprised they are not killing everyone waiting 😂Great vid as always, can't wait for the next. (Dam update soon) Maybe they will patch it🙃
Hi ... took me some time to catch up with episodes, but I did not want to skip the bus episode. 29:33 Making a clear decision about the spacing of bus stops is a good thing. But rather than starting with a stop somewhere and then continuing the "every two blocks" pattern, I'd define the important stops (schools, hospitals, ...) first and than add the stops between those following the spacing definition. 35:14 Possible interchanges to other local lines could also be seen important stops that should be placed first. 33:49 I'm not a fan of branching a single line like this, as a transport customer I'd be annoyed by the detour. In reality there might be two lines 1A and 1B, one for each branch. They might similarly branch on the other end; maybe one could end right in front of the railway station, while the other one just stops near the station and continues to the West of the city. 42:12 The crescent-shaped Riverside Line can be valuable, because it allows people to not got through the center of town, where transport lines are often overcrowded. In the future the success of such lines can be increased be adding transfers to multiple center-to-outskirt lines. This line could also take over one of the two branches from the previous paragraph.
Pro Tip the grid tool for roads can help you get those perfect zone patterns. Just be mindful of terrain changes and other snap points which can throw off your grid alignment.
There’s a grid tool! In the same menu where you choose straight or curved roads, there’s an option for grids. Now, the zoning off those grids isn’t always perfect - but hopefully that’s fixed in a future patch
are you struggling to make perfect grid zones? If you are turn off snap to gird zone and snap to side of buildings and look and line up the measurements
you need to get rid of some cross-walks because people in this game will go full kamikaze when they see one.
😂😂😂 Good to know, I hardly zoom in enough to see it, but I will go through and turn so,e off for sure
