I haven't played every Army Men game out thee but this list feels pretty fair. I hope this series gets revived one day, at least in a spiritual successor, there's something truly charming about tiny plastic soldiers waging war in mundane locations.
I've only played Sarge's Heroes for Dreamcast and loved it. I'm not good at shooter games and this game gave me one that I could enjoy. Will have to check out more from the top tiers of your list! Great idea for a ranking, great explanations, overall great video! Thanks!

Most of them I e uploaded on my channel if you wanted to check those out :) I’m also re visiting a couple and gonna be uploading long playthroughs of them in the upcoming weeks (army men air attacks, sarges heroes,etc). Getting rid of most of the single episode uploads and just uploading full playthroughs instead haha
Goddamn, for me Army Men 1, Air Tactics and Toys in Space was the peak artistically. Not a big fan of the gameplay mechanics of these top down shooters, and I only played the third person shooter from PlayStation because I didn't have anything and got them free with the console. Wish I could play a RTS with the same StarCraft 2 gameplay using the the Army Men 1 artstyle.
I thought that all of the world war console games were rough. I feel like a focus on the Sarges heroes series and the main name army men pc games might have been the way to go. I think that sarges heroes had a lot of potential.
XD i think there was only one mission i actually enjoyed from it. I think it was the heli one when your a gunner. That was cool.The rest felt like i was dragging my feet through glass trying to finish it

Army Men fans are diverse, that's all!. I don't get why fans don't like Soldiers of Misfortune
In terms of gameplay I like it. Story wise to like Army men is kind of eh. That was my battle with it haha

I plan on giving it a try one of these days, but I think it's kind of cute, just a little boy in his imagination world with his toy soldiers.
I will fight you cause I love Land Sea and Air. Except the planes missions.
Also the magnifying glass chasing sarge and the Scientists is AA1
