Same went to get on my series x to play with my friends after work and now this. I don’t want to factory reset as earlier this summer I had an issue where games wouldn’t load no matter what I was doing. Xbox said to try a factory reset, even after that it didn’t work. Ending up being an issue with my external hard drive
