The best part about this scene is that as soon as the director yells “cut”, Amazon’s cast screen changes from “Will Ferrell - Coach Brink” to “Will Ferrell - Will Ferrell”
Yo that’s actually funny asf 😂
Ferrell eats kids
Ah yes will Farrell acting as will Ferrell is amazing 😂
I heard that Will Ferrell had to act like Will Ferrell for several months and do Will Ferrell stuff to play the part.
I mean that's what he's playing ? It just makes sense don't think it was intended to be a joke. But sure.....
" Slinging yayo for gangbangers "
That is the exact line Ashley used last season to pitch the film to A-Train lmao
ooh good catch
😂😂😂
Turns out they couldn't get Tom Hanks.

This feels like Kee&Peel scene where the actual gangster was talked like he wasn't understanding how to play gangster, while posh fake british guy was getting praise!
It reminded me of that too
Sooooo funny!!!😂😂😂😂 great refrence
Thats because of the Wire. Idris Elba…
I think it is a direct influence tbh. It follows the same structure very closely.
@@alexandrostheodorou8387never knew that but you have to admit idris is a good actor
I'd say the "A-Train" has reached its final destination.
Good joke. Good job
Should've said "reached the end of the line".
It’s Dawn of the S7ven, but, it’s a sunset on A-Train.
Nice ✋
Clearly A-train is about to be fed up with Vought and Homelander and all the BS that’s been going on on
He might cut ties and run away
He had his chance to leave and he blew it
@@nikkimiddlekillsday5161 yeah that’s true. Just can’t believe it took him this long to realize that what’s been going on with Homelander is messed up
@@ManBehindThePencil When he's not shooting up on Compound-V and not spending fat stacks on bullshit, and then actually witnessing someone close to him get hurt, A-Train will come to his senses and realize it's all bullshit. Although A-Train has made mistakes, along with the Deep (don't fight me on this), he and most Supes aren't technically evil. They're just victims of a warped and broken system set up by a morally depraved corporation run by self-serving sociopaths, which is responsible for creating more significant problems than fixing them.
@@ManBehindThePencilBecause he was blinded by the immense fame, money, and power being a member of the 7 gave him. His brother James getting crippled for life was a huge wake up call. There is nothing Will Ferrell can't do when it comes to meaningful conversations.
What does that mean?
He can’t hold one ☝️
the whole point was that it was meaningless
I thought Stranger Than Fiction was a good movie that had Will Ferrell do a more serious role

A-Train was one of the best written characters this season

It would’ve been funnier if Tom Hanks was there like Ashley wanted
not enough money to pay him for the cameo.
i bet he's significantly more expensive xD
I absolutely disagree. I honestly thought it may be him, but I started rolling immediately when I saw it was Ferrell with the disappointed facial expression. He was perfect for the ridiculousness of this scene.
"when is the last time you had a decent meal?"
What Coach Will Ferrel D'mato said to A Train Tyson before adopting him
“Mary would love to have you at the table”. So much funnier bc he’s slanging drugs earning more than enough to be eating whatever he wants on a daily basis.
0:37 "sir, that was not the line"
When he said, 'i know ya got heart.'with that twang only will Ferrell can produce😂😂.
Two weekends at the Compton youth center 😂😂
Soon as I Saw Will Ferrell and heard the background orchestration, I cried laughing. The cliche dialogue finished me off.
This was one of the most unexpected cameos I have ever experienced
“You got heart”
I wouldn’t be too sure about that 😂😂
1:33 "What is that smell?" It's like that part in Independence Day when Will Smith is dragging that alien through the Utah Salt Flats
The real "Coach Brink" was the head of the school in Gen V so A-Train's reaction is on point lol
They said they are considering having a bunch of A List actors cameo in season 5, why the hell am I expecting them to play themselves and be killed off by supes or something wild like that
All I want is mark wahlberg
Sydney Sweeney could cameo as well
So far there's been Patton Oswalt, Charlize Theron, Will Ferrell, and... am I forgetting anyone?
@@nacirema2710there were also a bunch in the spoof of Gal Gadot's Imagine video

"Compton youth center" 😂😂
This and Dawn of the Seven shows how talented this cast is. Its impressive how they can emulate shitty acting so easily
Glad to see Gator is turning kids away from the crime game he once ran.
“ slangin yayo for gangbangers? “ 😂😂😂😂 that part had me in tears!
😂😂😂
A-train and Megamind 😮
The transition from biggie to generic white people music had me crying
Every scene in this show reminds me of the corporate controlled dystopia we actually live in. I love it.

“I’ll never be free of these streets” I was crying laughing when he said that 😂 1:08
I could have watched a whole episode of this 😂😂
0:15 You can tell A-Train isn’t acting. He really is mad that he’s being saved by a cliche White Savior in a modern Minstrel Show. What can be more patronizing. He just sounds so dead inside.
Love how this scene makes fun of how it’s always a white savior trying to save black people in these kind of movies.
Not in coach carter
@caseyblankenship987 yeah and thats one movie against dozens others
Doesn't that make you hopeful?
Sorry my mom listened to that song way too much lol
Always love when Will Farrell can act
This was SO unexpected when Will Ferrel got out of the car, I was already in tears just seeing his face. It’s taken a few times watching it again to see The Wire background and how A Trians actor (Jessie T Usher) is a very good actor, doing multiple layers of acting here. Extremely uninterested as a sellout in a movie that isn’t at all about his life for a company he now hates. He’s able to pull that off, while doing a double act as a super hero pretending to be interested in the role of that movie, all while keeping a straight face in a scene with Will Ferrel. I wonder how many reshoots it took?
"What is that smell?!" I like these guy 🤣
Throwing shade at The Blind Side will never not be funny. The fact the Oscars loved that movie is very telling.
A film set filming a filmset is hilarious
It is actually frustrating how good PJ Byrne is at making this guy an absolute twerp even with the limited screentime lmao. Man understood the assignment lmao
Why would you cut it there!!!.
Missing the part where he said..{Its..."What i want DONT matter"😂😂😂
Show Producers: Well, Will. Not that we don’t appreciate your desire to be part of the show, but aren’t you working on a Megamind sequel?
Will: No I’m not! I will literally do any role you have available!
Show Producers: … Okaaaaaay…
What I love about a train story is it’s taking him to hit the lowest of lows to gain a soul. And I already knew once that happened he’s only destined for greatness. I can’t wait
The Blind Side when portrayed they portrayed Michael Oher like he was a stupid stray dog who learned how to be a Offensive Lineman from his foster mom.
This scene is genius story telling because it acts as a metareference of A-train's actual situation in the plot, being conflicted about doing the right thing and becoming a real hero.
MM is the true coach
I love how they snuck that story line from the fake movie into the actual show
I loved the part where Will Farrell's character says "I got a train to catch"
I love these series on Amazon Primes. They feel so unique and not over pushed. Giving more of a real life environment rather than everything’s always sunny and ends happy.
Remember, A-Train is forced into this because Ashley has leverage over him with the knowledge of his murdering of Blue Hawk.
*Gasp* Old man president business!
