Kolkata Metro needs its Projects to be revamped at a faster rate. Government's monopoly over the Metro needs to stop, because it is not helping in anymeans, rather than creating losses. Delhi Metro has risen to this mass level today only because it shifted to sharing partly public-private services. It is needed very much.
