Guys this actually works! Usually highest fps is 29 but with these fix eithout shaders, i get around 200 fps max, with lightweight shaders, runs 50-90 fps. OMG THX SO MUCH.

Iris is not a performance mod. Yes, use Iris, but also use Sodium along with it as Sodium actually is a performance mod, Iris just lets you have shaders.
Stop reading the left fps number, read the right number, that's your true real-time fps. The left number indicates max possible fps which doesn't mean anything when playing

Just lower your resolution and turn on fullscreen mode. I was getting low fps, then I noticed that I wan in windowed mode, then I changed it to fullscreen and I got fps boost out of nowhere
