Uli Roth's Sky Guitars are 37 frets (3 octave range + 1 semitone), though the even frets above fret 27 have been deleted to make it easier to play high notes. The most frets on a *playable* and *GOOD* guitar I've ever seen :)
I had a Washburn with 32 frets with all frets playable. I cannot remember if it was a Fender scale or higher.. A master piece. The last frets were VERY tricky because they were shorter progressively.
Who in the world would think of something like this? Briliant idea, as always. Can't wait to see more of John and Bill! 👍🏻👍🏻

The first set of strings sounded kind of surf metal/black metal-ish at one point when you played the higher frets on the top neck. The second set of strings sounded very Primus-y, like Les Claypool's bass! You should have played a Primus song on it, Steve! Lol!
I honestly wasn't expecting it to sound that heavy at the end though. The stainless steel wires worked really well!
You looked so cute in the yellow paint protector suit! 💕 When you said you looked hella good I was like.. he knew exactly what I was thinking. 😆
This was such a blast to watch. The way the drums fell by themselves was perfect. Ed Sheeran's ghost was definitely pissed. 🤣

This analysis is 100% correct. Haha! I can't believe the hanging wire worked as well as it did. It did sounds very 'bass' like. But we couldn't get it to stay in any tuning, so playing a Primus song would've been impossible! 🤣

Well Steve, you’ve had so many guitar sizes. A fat one (20 string), that short one, and now a freakishly long one. Very tubular! Looks like you had a lot of fun making it lol. Btw, I once had this dream where there was a restaurant where while you’re waiting for your food, there was a separate menu that lists various guitars you can choose to play while waiting. Wouldn’t that be neat? I’ve been to Hard Rock cafes but I never heard of a restaurant doing that, tho. Let’s open one! 😃 Haha, anyways happy Easter!
