Hello everyone! In today's video I will be unboxing a Mystery Slime Box that I bought from Etsy! This Slime Box with shipping cost more than $140! So I have too much time on my hands and did the math....
Okay so the average price I see on slimes is about $1.5 USD per ounce, although I personally have seen shops easily charge up to $3 USD per ounce.
The slime package was technically only $94, the other $47 was shipping and tax.
There was 46 ounces of slime (four 8 ounces, four 2 ounces, and one 6 ounce), meaning approximately (if the shop slime was on average $1.5 USD per ounce) $69 USD.
You payed in AUD, so that converts to $96.9 AUD.
That is for the slime alone. Not taking into account that you got a squishy, a toy, a marker, glitter, an inflatable stress ball, candies, instant snow, glue (that was pre coloured and scented) and pre-made activator.
Definitely not a waste of money ☺️ I totally agree that a bit more variation in slime would have been nice, but they seemed like nice slimes overall and worth the money.

it was WITH shipping. i get annoyed when i watch those reviews sometimes bc she only gives us the price WITH shipping which is not even the actual price of the box, which is going to give an unfair review and a totally different impression to the viewers (she lives in Australia so the shipping is sometimes just as much as the slimes). The actual price is 93 AUD (66 USD) which is pretty cheap for 9 slimes if u think about it.

I wouldn’t call the squishy es, toys, candy, etc., extras in a slime mystery box because you may be paying for those too.
I think they could have made the slimes bigger considering the prices of the box sence most of them were 4 ounces but they were generous with the extras so it adds up pretty well. Also I think you could buy from the best rated slime shop and the worst

Shipping was 40 bucks tho for her since she lives in Australia. It said the actual package was 93 bucks Australian currency which is 66 us dollars. Which I think is good price for 9 slimes plus tons of extras. Hope this clears things up 😊

If you get a slime that is not full then that probably meant that if the slime inflated then it could still fit in the container or it melted

The box was totally worth it! Taking consideration, you got 4 LARGE containers, 4 mini ones, and 1 small one. The cost of those larger ones is 10-15 USD usually, the mini ones around 4-6, and the small 8 ounce like 8-10. Taking that into account you’re alreadg getting around 100 USD worth of slime, then the extras cost about 20, and taking consideration to tax and shipping it’s 140, so you’ve definitely got your money’s worth!!

i think u should tell us the actual price of the item instead of the total price with shipping because shipping fee varies for different areas and a lot of ppl who r watching this r from the US or the UK and it would be a lot cheaper for them so u should give them the full picture of the price instead of saying "140 dollars" slime box when it is actually not cuz at first glance it seems extremely expensive until u carefully read the invoice which not many ppl do.
I wish that NZ had as good slime prices/shops as overseas do! I am finally getting into slime, and decided to buy some to try it out. Love the video by the way!
