Ma'am, I'd like to inquire about how I can find the "exit load information" for my specific fund using CAMS. Are there any alternative methods to obtain this information?
Exit load of each fund can be found in the factsheet published by the Mutual Fund and uploaded on their respective websites. They can also be found on websites like valueresearchonline.com and morningstar.in
You can reach out to their customer care number. There might be specific reasons for the option not being applicable in certain cases. They will provide you guidance.
Hi, I have recently added an SIP and mode of payment was selected as Netbanking currently my banker is not allowing to add mutual fund partner- DSP as a biller due to an ongoing transition at their end. How do i change it ?
Try logging in to MFCentral. The portal is linked to your Pan and reflects investment through Cams and KFintech. All your investment should reflect on that portal.
I am getting error in cancel or pause “sorry, SIP registered through exchange, channel,MFU and standing instructions from bank cannot be cancelled here”
Yes if you have used demat accounts or demat format to invest in mutual funds then u cannot cancel the same from CAMS. Thsi could be ur banks, securities, zerodha, Paytm.
Yes, you can Switch Mutual Funds from one scheme to another within the same fund house. Here is the link for Cams - mycams.camsonline.com/camsapp/myCAMSSwitch.aspx
Hi, it is possible that the application you have used to invest has not reflected it properly. You can add a bank mandate using CAMS and then redeem. Even then its not happening, directly call the customer care of your specific mutual fund or go to their website - create your account using the folio number and you should be able to proceed.
How can a regular plan be stopped and all amount be redeemed please guide me.. it's urgent as in regular mode, return isn't encouraging and I had the direct mode of that MF, so not needed
You can Stop/Cancel Regular plan SIP in the same manner as mentioned in the video. Also, rather than redeeming we suggest to switch your existing investment from Regular to Direct of the same scheme. For more details email us at iplan@wealthcafe.in
@@wealthcafefinancial Thank you for your valuable information. Actually I had done SIP in regular mode, then switched to direct one but there's still new investment showing in that old regular mode. How can I redeem and stop that regular mode as I don't want to get less return in long run
Hi today I cancelled my sip through mycams app. Then there was a message displayed that, "if such registration was linked to Bill pay services for debit, please deactivate the same in your bank account to avoid any continuous debit". My question is whether to do it from the bank side also? Because on physical enquiry from branch, they don't have any idea. That's why I did it from mycams..
@@wealthcafefinancial I actually set up the mandate physically by filling out forms and a cheque. Online, I couldn't find any options from the bank site and the standing instructions section was empty

Hi Anuj, just to clarify, liquid funds typically take T+1 working day to process your request, while other types of funds may take T+2 working days. If your request takes longer than the stated timeframe, you can reach out to their customer care team at 1800 419 2267.
No, when you stop your SIP, your monthly automatic investments will stop. To receive your funds in your bank account, you will have to redeem your investment.
Mam I,invest through my cams and I invest in SBI focused fund monthly 2000 through mach mandate .....but know I think to switch the fund SBI focused to SBI contra fund....mam when I switch the fund in to SBI contra fund the nach mandate is automatic shift in this fund or cancelled or not cancelled ...when switch the SBI focused fund the sip is stop or not pls tell me
Hey Anmol, when you switch from SBI Focused Fund to SBI Contra Fund, your existing investments will get transferred from SBI focused to SBI contra fund. However, your SIPs through NACH mandate will continue. If you wish to discontinue your SIPs, follow the steps mentioned here ruclips.net/video/VklP_Uv7jwQ/видео.htmlsi=anWjqcpsSeHg_3l5
It generally takes 7 to 10 days for the cancel request to go through. So see that you cancel a little in advance to be sure that the payment does not go through.
Thanks for the awesome video! I have one query can we cancel the pending SIPs? I don't see that option here on myCams. Also SIP was setup through MF Central and I think that doesn't have SIP cancellation facility available(happy to be wrong here), will I be able to cancel that on myCams once that is active?
@@wealthcafefinancial Yes, I can see the SIP in pending state on MyCams and it just have the "Details" option, no pause or cancel option, I setup the SIP on a new scheme in existing folio on MF Central so I hope the contact details should be preserved between the schemes(the folio was created on MyCams only quite sometime back). When you said that "In pending status, unfortunately they just stay pending." didn't get this completely, for my clarity can you please explain what is actually meant by "Pending" state in SIP(I assumed that it is an initial state and later on will be moved to Active). I setup the SIP yesterday only through MF Central and realized that I have selected wrong scheme 🙇.
So when you see the SIPs, there are three status Pending - Where the SIP has not gone through due to either a bank link problem or the AMC. CAMS has created it. so there is nothing you can do about it from CAMS. It will only show the details Active - The SIP is set and running, you can pause and cancel it from here Ceased - SIP has run the tenure and now it cease to exist. For instance you set up an SIP for 10 months. After running for 10 months it will move to the cease section.
Your style of guidance is precise and easy to understand
Thank you
Your video was thorough & helpful, not like others.
Thanks 👍

Hi, I have recently added an SIP and mode of payment was selected as Netbanking currently my banker is not allowing to add mutual fund partner- DSP as a biller due to an ongoing transition at their end. How do i change it ?
You will have to initiate a fresh SIP with DSP with the new bank details through which you want the SIP to be processed.
My all SIP investments are not seen in CAMS. What shall i do?
Try logging in to MFCentral. The portal is linked to your Pan and reflects investment through Cams and KFintech. All your investment should reflect on that portal.
How to restart pause sip before time
Connect with the AMC directly

Mam I redeem all units of sip , on 17 June , but the amount not received yet in my bank account. How many days it takes to get amount in bank??
It usually takes T+2 working days. 17th June being Saturday, you should get it by 21st June
MA'AM BY CANCELLING THIS , ACH WILL NOT HAPPEN RIGHT FROM NEXT MONTH??
It generally takes 7 to 10 days for the cancel request to go through. So see that you cancel a little in advance to be sure that the payment does not go through.
Until then you can pause your SIP
Is there any charge for redemption?
There are no charges for redemption if done via the CAMS platform
