    Do you understand what the Y15 or Y17 means on a Hayes 160 brake rotor?

      Possibly year of manufacture, 2015, 2017? Just guessing here.

    Actually, you donot need to unlock the cable screw if you do means your adjusting screw is set incorrectly....
