I would definitely invest in the JLT catch can worth every penny. And with the exhaust try mother's chrome polish it should clean that right up inside and out.
I second this, my car just got one after almost 3 years of driving. I think it is definitely one of the first mods that every car should have for longevity.
All of you guys with the s550 V6 need to get the S197 waterpump and return hose (W/ check valve) update before your waterpump fails. Also you still have the 5 year (60,000 mile powertrain warranty and roadside assistance) it comes standard on all 2015 and up Mustangs.
In my opinion see how much they get for and extended warranty(Ford) and put that amount of money aside for any problems you might have. Keep the oil and filter changed and you should have little problem with your car. It is a nice car. Much better in my opinion than the eco-boost.
I beat the crap out of my s550 3.7 MT all the time. 0 issues with shift forks. 50k on it now. I do have a ams oil mix and it shifts waaaay better than stock fluid
Quick Drive! Amazon has some pretty solid cases for around $15-$20 as well as simple rubber sleeves for like $7 I believe. I bought the simple rubber sleeve last year and it’s been good to me so far

have a 2015 with 33k. so far nothing major. check for leaks near the water pump. mine started leaking about a month ago and was covered under warranty.
agreed, the engine tick sucks. Those cars are really amazing but i don't know if they will hold up in the long run. Maybe it will make the prices go down eventually.
Bleach will clean the grime exhaust pipes. Dude don't worry about the warranty, mine ran out the end of March and I had 4 different quotes and the cheapest one was 307.00 a month so if anything breaks just pay out of pocket its better than giving your away. Why give them 3700k a year, your transmission is about 2500 that's if you had to bye new one same with motor, what's the chances you blow it to where you need a new one. Worst case you blow head gasket 800 bucks tops. I have a black 15 convertible and I love it, I tinted the windows at 25 just put the roush axle backs exhaust system and the next thing is I drop the rear end couple inches to level it out, I think it will look way better, I'm not sure yet if I want to beef up the hp with the port intake cause I don't want to mess up gas mileage, I drive to San Diego to see my grandson its 350 miles I get 31 mpg on freeway and I can make there on 3 quarters of a tank. That thing is fast as fk already and I'm 63 years old I don't need to be driving like a teenager anyway. Also I'm on fixed income now. I would like the plastic wrap on it haven't decided yet. Good luck with your ride its really nice.
Not too well. I have a bad squeak over normal bumps and ford can’t find the problem exactly so they won’t fix it. The car has 16K miles with stock suspension. I also have interior problems as well. Overall a disappointment considering how many times I have taken it to ford. Maybe I got a lemon?
You should have a druvetrain warranty 5 years or 60k miles. It comes from ford. Also my 02 sensor went bad and ford fixed it under a emission warranty wich i didnt even know i had. They fixed that at 49k

This is most likely my next car. Great channel!

Got a 2012 3.7 with 61k and no problems had it for 3 years when it had 40k only got axlebacks and exterior mods
As far as the key fob issue, you could probably get a case/cover for it that might have a hole for your key chain
Do you have a specific site?

I’m at 66k miles in my 2016. It’s holding up great!
Thats good to hear, any mods?
Roush CAI and a Exaust. Looking into headers and a tune later on. Was thinking of upgrading to a 18 but that engine tick has deterred me.

Sounds like a lemon to me. I've never heard of those issues before
