As a kidney doctor, all fluids are fluids and count as hydration. You actually get more hydrated with things added to water as it helps your body absorb better. However I wouldn’t recommend adding sugar. But in the overall scheme of things, if this keeps the women hydrated and helps them not binge eat and lose weight, that’s better for their health than avoiding some colored dye. If you have kidney disease make sure to check the phosphorus and potassium levels and speak with your nephrologist ❤
I’m a bariatric surgery patient so not nearly as qualified as you but THIS! My surgeon is going to love me for how much water I’ve been drinking. They’ve always encouraged adding sugar free flavors if it helps us up our fluids. People just love to hate

My nephrologist said the same thing, just stick to sugar free packets and syrup, but other than that, he was pretty happy with how much I’ve increased my water intake and how it’s helped, I went from like barely a bottle a day to like 3-5 bottles of water a day lol

My husband actually has 12 fingers (an extra pinky on each hand) and we weren’t sure if our daughter would inherit the same trait. I was fortunate enough to meet Shane when he did his first book tour in Arizona and I can confirm he gives great hugs and he’s really tall in person. Though it was a really short meeting because there was tons of people but it was really cool meeting him.
Shane, if you do another book I will definitely get it. Your books helped me for so long even now. Back then I was in a bad place trying to get a good relationship back with my mother. She ended up getting really sick. I was like 16 it was a rough time. I ended up reading your books to her on the days she didn’t feel well. She loved them. It really helped our bond. It’s been two years since she passed. I was 19. She was the only parent I ever knew. It destroyed me. Now I turn to your books. Your books helped me get closer to her then & they still help me feel close to her now. I always read them, even out loud just like I did back then. If you ever do another book ill be excited to read something new to her. But if not I’ll keep reading your others to her.

Shane is so great, I don’t think he realizes that he’s been all of our best friends for so many years. I’m so glad he’s never stopped uploading, he’s been making videos almost my whole life. I remember watching him when I wanted to end it all in middle school and now 10 years later I have two kids and I’m married and now Shane’s having kids too, how crazy is that lol???

I know you and Ryland are so EXCITED about your twins and my heart if full of love and joy for you guys! 💜 I love seeing all the baby stuff and I know it’s so hard to not go overboard! But please don’t go crazy buying 0-3 months or even 3-6 months baby clothes bc they literally only wear those sizes for a month or two….I have 2 boys and they were pretty big babies (my first son was 8 pounds exactly and my second son was 9.5 pounds) and I went so crazy buying all the cute clothes and they didn’t wear half of them…also you really don’t need to buy them shoes until they start walking and you want to start off with the soft bottom ones….you can buy them obviously younger but there just for show and can get annoying bc they fall off and you’ll lose one etc….also I would get them used to wearing hats at a young age…like right when there born…otherwise when there older it’s almost impossible to get them to keep hats on them bc they will just rip them off and throw a baby fit….next thing is get them used to water/baths asap otherwise it’s hell trying to give them a bath without it sounding like your hurting your baby) which you’re not….just some baby tips
