very good demo. both sound good , but I still lean toward SOMR-28.
by the way, I have also heard and played SOMR-28 MLE with solid Adi top and solid Madagascar rosewood back&sides, she was definitely a killer.

it's obvious,
the all solid wood SOMR28 sound is more consistant : more bass reponse, more balanced tone, more harmonics
i had a DT 28H, and the problem was the same, the sound is too bright, on the surface, not deep at all...
450€ vs 900€...
