I am 31 years old and I struggle with bravery to push trough!
Give me bloody strength! I've just had NINE traumatic situations/life challenges hit me and nothing you advised would have helped. What you SHOULD be telling people to do is the ONLY THING THAT WORKS which is to say - tackle ONE PROBLEM AT A TIME. You can't possible tackle multiple problems simultaneously so just TACKLE ONE and let the others wait, then when you have the strength/mental capacity to deal with the next trauma on the list, get onto it. That's the truth from someone who's lived it.
Thank you for taking the time to reply and share your perspective. I agree, all we can do is focus on one problem at a time.
